The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the broadcast packets are each transmitted in at least one transmission slot and incrementally combined on the basis of each interval vremeni.15. The apparatus of claim 13, further comprising a processing unit in communication with the receiving unit and the identification unit block stepping obedineniya.16. A wireless communication method comprising the steps of: selecting a rate set, including a plurality of distinct data rates each associated with a transmission format; instruct a plurality of APs to transmit a broadcast content in accordance with the speed setting, speed setting is configured to allow broadcast packets transmitted by the access points, obedinyatsya.17 steps. The method of claim 16, further comprising the step of selecting a speed setting for the supported data rates of cells serviced by the access points and requirements to support soft handoff in sotah.18. The method of claim 16, further comprising the step of selecting the rate set based in part on the size of the broadcast content peredachi.19. A wireless communication method comprising the steps of assigning a first access point n slots for transmitting a broadcast content and (mn) slots for unicast transmissions (m> n); assigning a second access point m slots for transmitting the broadcast content; appoint a third AP m slots for transmitting the broadcast content peredachi.20. The method of claim 19, wherein the first access point, second access point and the third access point are configured to service a first cell, a second cell neighboring to the first cell and the third cell, adjacent to the second cell, respectively, and wherein the first cell is capable of supporting a data rate equal to R, and the third cell is capable of supporting the data rate of (n / m) R.21. A method for wireless communication, comprising: receiving broadcast packets from a plurality of access points to be incrementally combined received broadcast packets peredachi.22. The method of claim 21, wherein the broadcast packets are each transmitted through, at least one transmission slot, the method further comprises a step in which steps are combined broadcast packets on the basis of each interval vremeni.23. A wireless communication method comprising the steps of: assigning to each cell a nominal rate in respect of each cell being in soft handoff with at least one adjacent cell; identify a minimum nominal rate assigned to each cell and the at least one neighbor cell; assign to each cell a broadcast data rate equal to the identified minimum nominal rate.
