A communications network, type point to multipoint or multipoint to multipoint, includes remote traffic stations coupled to a traffic management center (CG) by radio links sharing resources. The management center (CG) comprises management means (13) adapted to determine a primary resource allocation, including allocation margins between the different radio links they manage and which have previously been established between stations traffic, according to first information data representative occupancy rate by type of traffic, the resources previously allocated to radio links.
