The invention relates to a pull-out guide for drawers with a body-side mounting rail (6) and a drawer-side pull-out rail (7) on each side of the drawer. On each rail (6, 7) a roller (9, 20, 21) is mounted. The catwalks (23) of the pull-out rails (7) cover the catwalks (24,25) of the support rails (6). The pull-out rails (7) have horizontally projecting edge webs (37). On the mounting rails (6) store on the side opposite the rollers (9) of the vertical web. Securing blocks (11, 12) with horizontal groove-like recesses (36). The invention relates to a pull-out for drawers with a body-side mounting rail and a drawer-side pull-out rail on each side of the drawer, wherein on each rail a roller is mounted on a vertical web of the rail and the catwalks of Ausziehschienen cover the catwalks of the mounting rails.

The object of the invention is to improve such a pull-out, which can be arranged under the drawer bottom and in which a backup against unwanted lifting of the drawer is provided to the effect that the pull-out very little space claimed in height, so lost very little drawer interior goes.

The object of the invention is achieved in that the pull-out rails have horizontally projecting edge webs, which are arranged next to the catwalks, and that on the support rails, on the opposite side of the rollers of the vertical web, securing blocks are arranged with horizontal groove-like recesses, wherein the horizontally projecting edge webs protrude into the groove-like recesses to secure the pull-out against unintentional lifting of the mounting rails.

Although it is known from US 3,679,274 A that sliders with groove-like recesses as such provide a backup against unwanted lifting. In the known pull-out guide, however, the load is transmitted by means of this slider, so that it is not suitable because of the high friction for heavier drawers.

To improve the lateral guidance of the drawer, is provided in an advantageous embodiment, that from the runway of each pull-out rail protrude lateral boundary webs, each one of which bears laterally against the rollers of the mounting rail, and that on one side of the drawer on the support rail on the side opposite the roller of the vertical web, where the roller is mounted, a lateral guide roller is arranged with a horizontal axis of rotation, which rests on the other lateral boundary web.

In order to obtain a particularly compact design of the side guide is provided that the guide roller is received in a recess of the securing block.

The hanging of the Ausziehschienen in the support rails is facilitated by the fact that the horizontal edge webs of Ausziehschienen each have an opening that allow the passage of the upper portions of the securing blocks.

Thus, the pull-out rails can be inserted from the front into the support rails and not need to be raised manually to be performed on the safety blocks, it is advantageously provided that the horizontal edge webs of Ausziehschienen have a bevel at its rear end.

Thus, the rollers of the pull-out rails can be mounted just below the catwalk, in a further embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the axes of the rollers of Ausziehschienen are secured with non-circular bearing pin in holes with corresponding edges in the pull-out rails.

The stability of the storage is increased by the fact that the axes of the rollers of the pull-out rails have a voltage applied to the pull-out annular collar with an upper flattening.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the invention with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings will be described in detail.

The support rails 6 of the pull-out guide according to the invention can, as is common in European furniture, be attached to the furniture side walls 13 or, as in many American furniture, front on vertical struts 1 and the back of the rear wall 3. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3 is a frame furniture of the latter type.

The mounting rails 6 are mounted in the front in the corner between the vertical struts 1 and the horizontal strut 2. The pull-out rails 7 are located below the drawer bottom 5 in the corners between the drawer bottom 5 and the drawer side walls 4. At the front end of Trag2

AT 403 343 Β rail 6 is a roller 9 and stored at the rear end of the pull-7 a roller 20, 21, wherein the roller 20 provides a side guide for the pull-7 and the roller 21 allows tolerance compensation. There will be mounted on each side of the drawer a roller 20 and on the other side a roller 21.

The catwalks 23 of the pull-out rails 7 cover the catwalks 24, 25 of the mounting rails 6.

The roller 20 is, as shown in FIG. 8, wider than the roller 21, so that it is received by side guide webs 26, 27 of the support rail 6 fed. A lateral beating of the drawer is thus prevented. Since the roller 21 is received with lateral clearance between the lateral guide webs 26, 27, it can be slightly displaced laterally within the support rail 6, so that tilting of the guide is prevented.

The rollers 20, 21 are mounted on axles 19, 22 which are mounted eccentrically on the vertical webs 28 of the pull-out rails 7. The axes of rotation 30 for the rollers 20, 21 are therefore above the axes 31 of the mounting pins or journals 32 of the axes 19, 22 (FIG. 8).

The mounting pins or Bearing journals 32 of the axes 19, 22 are non-circular, preferably rectangular, so that there is an accurate positioning of the stub axle 30. The axes 19, 22 are also provided with different widths frets 33, 34, each having a flattening 35 above. By the non-circular bearing pin 32 ensures that the flats 35 are aligned parallel to the catwalks 24, 25 of the support rail 6 and that they thus do not strike the guide webs 26.

At the front ends of the support rails 6 securing blocks 11, 12 are fixed, wherein the securing block 12 receives a lateral guide roller 10 and the securing block 11 allows the lateral tolerance compensation.

Both securing blocks 11, 12 have a groove-like recess 36 into each of which a horizontal edge web 37 of the pull-out rail 7 protrudes.

The pull-out rails 7 have lateral limiting webs 38, 39. The securing blocks 11,12 are provided with a recess 40, wherein within the recess 40 of the securing block 12, the lateral guide roller 10 is arranged. The lateral guide roller 10 supports on a horizontal axis 18, which projects into a channel 41 in the securing block 12. The axis 18 may be formed integrally with the axis 16 for the roller 9.

On one side of the drawer, the rollers 9 and the lateral guide roller 10 provide an exact side guide, while the clearance between the roller 9 and the lateral boundary webs 38, 39 on the other side prevents jamming of the extension guide.

Near the rear end, the horizontal edge webs 37 are provided with a lateral opening 42, so that at this point the pull-out rails 7 can be hung in the securing blocks 11, 12. The securing blocks 11, 12 protrude through the openings 42.

At the rear end of the horizontal edge webs 37, these are provided with a bevel 43, which makes it possible, the slide rails 7 simply postpone on the securing blocks 11, 12. By the bevels 43, the pull-out rails 7, as shown in FIG. 9 seen in the area of ​​the safety blocks 11, 12 raised until the securing blocks 11, 12 pass through the opening 42. If the drawer pushed further into the furniture body, the horizontal edge webs 37 project into the groove-like recesses 36 of the securing blocks 11, 12 and the pull-out rails 7 and thus the drawer are secured against unintentional lifting of the support rails 6.

The pull-out rails 7 have fastening webs 44 with which they are fastened to the bottom of the drawer side wall 4.
