A rapid quantitative measurement of soluble fibrin in opaque body fluids

(57) The method of determining existence of the soluble fibrin contained in the summary sample solution inside of the body and quantity is offered. The above-mentioned method contains the step which settles soluble fibrin from the above-mentioned opaque sample, the step which makes a soluble fibrin sediment condense all over a limited domain with a transparent container in order to enable detection of a sediment in the above-mentioned opaque sample solution body, and the step which detects the above-mentioned sediment optically. The quantity of soluble fibrin can be determined by measuring the time from precipitation reagent addition to soluble fibrin sediment detection. The methods of the present invention make useful the above-mentioned examination in an operating room under the conditions of the bottom of existence of the serious externally caused injury which enables all the soluble fibrin measurement in blood, therefore has a major operation and DIC appearance possibility.
