AT 402 999 Β
The invention relates to a drawer guide for extendable furniture parts with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
Such a drawer guide is known from AT 386 734 B. The bolt provided here has proven itself, as far as his intended task is concerned, namely to prevent the drawer rail from the front Roile of the center rail stands out when the drawer slide is energetically undressed and provided between drawer rail and center rail whose Auszugbewegun g limiting Stop over this roller of the center rail. A disadvantage of this construction is that the bolt can be mounted as a separately manufactured component only after hanging the drawer rail in the middle rail. If the drawer rail should be unhooked, this bar must first be removed. The associated manipulation is cumbersome, there is also the danger that this small component is all too easy lost.
A construction comparable in function is known from AT 393 781 B and the substantially identical US Pat. No. 4,938,609 A. In a slot in the catwalk of the drawer rail, a sliding slide is provided which serves as a bar and prevents the lifting of the drawer rail from the role of the center rail or such liftoff permits, depending on its displacement position. This slider also fulfills the function intended for it, its disadvantage being the difficulty of accessibility since it lies in the middle section of the drawer rail in the area of the stop limiting the extension. In conjunction with metallic drawers, which have a lateral, the guide off and covering apron, this slide is no longer accessible.
In this connection, US Pat. No. 4,765,699 A should also be mentioned. This shows and describes a differential extension with a cross-sectionally C-shaped drawer rail, which is guided on freely rotatable rollers, which in turn are fixed to the center rail. Near the front end of the also in cross-section C-shaped center rail on the upper side of the lower flange, a stop (30) is formed and above this stop on the underside of the upper flange formed by a punched out of the web of the center rail and bent tab slot guide, in which a bar formed from spring steel is slidably mounted. This bent from a metal strip latch has a flat frame shape as a front part and an adjoining, band-shaped guide member which is received by the slot guide. The slot guide is so far set back relative to the front side of the center rail that the inserted latch or whose front face is flush with the front of the Mitteischiene. This bar narrows the gap between the top of the drawer rail and the upper flange of the center rail, so that the relative to the center rail is not pulled up shutter track and thus can not be removed from the guide. If the drawer rail should be removed from the guide, the bolt is pulled forward. Due to the length of the band-shaped guide part of this bar is so far vorziehbar that its frame-like part comes to rest entirely in front of the end face of the center rail. If the drawer rail, which has been brought forward relative to the middle rail, is then swung up for removal and lifted over the front stop, the bolt is elastically deformed by the drawer rail and pushed upwards, and the drawer rail can be removed from the guide.
In the case of a telescopic extension - the drawer slide according to the invention belongs to this type - it is not possible to arrange the components provided for mounting a bolt on the end face of the middle rail and on the underside of the horizontal flange thereof. In telescopic extensions namely a roller is provided at the rear end of the drawer rail, and this roller must when the drawer rail is suspended or removed from the guide, run over the support roller, for which purpose sufficient space must be provided in said area. For the arrangement of a bolt at the said point, it is therefore necessary in a drawer guide, which is designed as a telescopic guide, other considerations and other solutions.
Based on this prior art, the invention aims to improve a bolt of this type to the effect that it is from the outset manufacturer assembled and yet its handling is facilitated in case of need, and that despite its factory-side arrangement is sufficient space, the drawer rail in to mount the guide to take out of her. The invention achieves this by those measures, which are the subject matter of the core-characterizing part of claim 1.
Since the bolt must be pressed when inserting the drawer rail or when removing to the side to make room for the drawer rail, and thus a sufficiently elastic spring travel is available for this lateral pivoting is provided in a further feature of the invention that the located at the web end of the horizontal leg of the L-shaped spar in front of the axis of the front running or supporting role of the center rail and preferably adjacent thereto.
AT 402 999 Β
Thus, the middle rail is not extended by the frontal arrangement of the bolt, it is appropriate that the bolt forming the block is located in front of the front edge of the lower vertical web of the center rail and this end edge is set back relative to the front edge of the upper vertical web of the center rail.
To keep the tilted to the side latch when inserting or removing the drawer rail automatically in its swung-out position, is provided in a further feature of the invention that the front edge of the lower vertical web facing boundary surface of the block with the web forms an acute angle and this boundary surface extends from the front edge of the vertical web to the rear. This obliquely extending boundary surface forms a run-up skid relative to the front edge of the vertical web during pivoting, by which the block is slightly twisted when passing the aforementioned end edge. If the block has passed over the end edge during pivoting outwards, it automatically turns back into its original position and forms a stop against the outside of the web of the middle rail.
If the vertical leg of the L-shaped spar is subdivided into two partial legs by a vertical slot extending from its free end and this vertical slot cuts through the block, an elastically resilient section is obtained despite the relatively large block and the thus functionally reliable locking bar Can take over the stop function for the laterally pivoted bolt.
According to a further feature of the invention is provided that distanced above the block and from its top by a measure, that corresponds to the thickness of the strip material, from which the middle rail is made, a runner blade extending in the direction of displacement of the rails is provided, which is located at the top of the middle horizontal flange of the center rail, whose measured length in the direction of displacement of the rails extends beyond the block and whose front end is connected to the block. This runner cooperates with the support roller of the carcass rail and thus ensures the exact vertical alignment of the guide rails forming.
In order to set the bolt-carrying spar without any special effort, it is advantageously provided that at the free end of the horizontal leg of the L-shaped spar for fixing on the web a recordable from a longitudinal slot, preferably elongated anchor member is provided for securing the position of a substantially Has H-type cross-section. If the anchor part is inserted into the longitudinal slot, the one edge or boundary of the longitudinal slot is slightly deformed, and thus the anchor part is then held captive. This is done with a simple spinning tool.
The elongate anchor portion extends in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal leg of the L-shaped spar and is slightly offset relative to this in the plane of the spar. As a result, a long spring arm is achieved, so that the bolt can be deflected laterally with little force.
Conveniently, the clamp, spar, anchor and runner are made in one piece from an elastically deformable plastic, whereby this bar is inexpensive to produce in large numbers.
In order to illustrate the invention, an embodiment will be explained with reference to the drawing, without limiting the invention thereby. Show: 1 the front portion of the center rail; the Fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5 different views of the bolt; FIG. 6 the drawer guide rails forming in the assembled state - partial view; FIG. 7 the view of the center rail of FIG. 1 (Viewing direction arrow A); FIG. 8th a detail of the front portion of the center rail; FIG. 9 the front view of the drawer guide of FIG. 6 and Figs. 10, 11 and 12 a detailed plan view of the bolt in various positions with respect to the vertical web of the center rail, and after a section along the line X - X in Fig. 1.
FIG. 1 illustrates the front end portion of the center rail 1 a drawer slide, which also includes a fastened to the furniture body carcass rail 2 of substantially C-shaped cross-section 3 and the extendable furniture part bearing drawer 4 whose cross-sectional profile a vertical web 5 and a horizontal support leg 6 to support has the pull-out furniture part. The center rail 1 has two vertical, laterally staggered webs 7 and 8, which are interconnected by a central horizontal flange 9. At the upper and lower longitudinal edge of the vertical webs 7 and 8 tracks 10 and 11 are formed for the rollers of the drawer guide. This middle rail 1 is, like the other two rails 2, 4, made of a strip material by bending operations. On the illustrated front frontal portion of the center rail 1 is at the lower vertical web 8 a freely rotatable running or Support roller 12 mounted on which the track 13 of the drawer rail 4 is located. Above this running and support roller 12, a recess 14 is recessed. From Fig. 1 It can also be seen that the front edge 15 of the lower vertical web 8 with respect to the front edge 16 of the upper vertical web 7 is set back slightly.
AT 402 999 Β
To the rejuvenation of the gap S between the horizontal flange 9 and raceway 13 (Fig. 6) is located in this obtained by the backspace clearance below the central horizontal flange 9 of the bolt, which in an enlarged scale in different views in FIGS. 2 - This latch 17 consists of a cuboid, here two-part block 18, which is provided at the upper end of a vertical leg 19 of an L-shaped spar 20, the horizontal leg 21 carries an anchor part 22 end. This elongated anchor member 22 extends substantially parallel to the horizontal leg 21, but here is offset slightly upwards relative to this. The cross section of this anchor member 22 is approximately H-shaped, this H-shape is formed by a thin-walled, disk-like wall member 23 and by a middle part 24 on the edge superior flange 25th Also, the vertical leg 19 of the L-shaped spar 20 is longitudinally divided by a vertical slot 26, which also cuts through the block 18. From Fig. 3 It can be seen that the end face 15 of the lower vertical web 8 facing boundary surface 27 of the block 18 with the web 8 includes an acute angle and this boundary surface 27 extends from the front edge 15 of the vertical web 8 to the rear. The thickness or width b of the spar 20 corresponds approximately to the thickness t of the strip material, from which the middle rail 1 is formed, said spar 20, relative to the block 18 and viewed in plan view of the latter is arranged laterally (Fig. 3 and 4).
Above the block 18 and distanced from the top 28 by a distance h, which corresponds approximately to the thickness t of the strip material, from which the middle rail 1 is made, is a in the direction of displacement of the rails (1, 2, 4) extending runner 29 provided which is located at the top of the middle horizontal flange 9 of the center rail 1, whose in the direction of displacement of the rails (1, 2, 4) measured length l extends beyond the block 18 also out and whose front end is connected to the block.
At the vertical web 8 of the center rail 1, in front of the run or Support roller 12 is a laterally open longitudinal slot 30 recessed (Fig. 8), which serves to receive the anchor part 22. If the anchor part 22 is inserted into this longitudinal slot 30, then the tongue 31, which limits this longitudinal slot 30 downwards, is pushed slightly upwards (arrow 32) and thereby the anchor part 22 is firmly captive. This is done by the manufacturer, so that the drawer guide can be delivered in the sequence with this fixed to the center rail 1 latch 17.
The normal operating position of the bolt 17 is shown in FIGS. 1, 6. 7 and 9 can be seen. If a drawer is to be inserted or removed from the guide, the end-face spar 20 is pushed somewhat sideways with the thumb (in FIG. 1 perpendicular to the plane to the rear), and to the extent that the edge 33 of the inclined boundary surface 27 of the block 18 is laterally of the vertical web 8 and behind it. This boundary surface 27 passes over the front end edge 15 of the vertical web 8, so that the block 18 is slightly deflected until the edge 33 is located laterally of the web 8. If the spar 20 is released, it now retains its laterally compressed position, since the clamp 18 lying on the side of the web 8 resumes its original position with its edge 33 and rests positively on the rear side of the web 8. This Abdrückvorgang is shown schematically in Figs. 10, 11 and 12, in a horizontal section, the in Fig. 1 is indicated by the section line X - X. The bolt 17 remains in its pivoted-down position (Fig. 12), so that the necessary manipulation of the drawer slide (hanging or unhooking the drawer) can be performed without hindrance. If the latch 17 are brought back into its locked position, the spar 20 is pressed slightly downwards, causing the of FIG. 12 apparent positive engagement is reversed, whereupon the latch 17 in his from Fig. 10 apparent origin and blocked position goes back.
The latch 17 forming parts, namely the clamp 18, the spar 20, the anchor member 22 and the runner 29 are made of a suitable plastic in one piece. It should be mentioned at this point that the L-shape for the spar 20 is not mandatory. In principle, it would be possible to form the block 18 in one piece and to connect it with a straight or possibly arcuately extending spar, which extends from the block 18 obliquely downwards against the axis near the region of the running or support roller 12. Another possibility provides, the front edge 15 of the middle rail 1 opposite boundary surface 27 of the block 18 in such a way that it is perpendicular to the plane of the vertical web 8. Below the block 18, a projection could then be formed, which is directed against the front edge 15 and this projects slightly beyond the rear and this projection can then serve as a positive holder when the latch 17 is deflected laterally, as described in connection with FIGS. 11 and FIG. 12 is illustrated.
