The invention relates to a pull-out for a drawer, with an attached to the drawer, preferably on a drawer, pull-out rail, a support rail fixed to the furniture body and running between these two rails center rail on each side of the drawer, wherein load-transmitting rolling elements are provided and a rotatable pawl is mounted on the middle rail, which determines the center rail in the rear region of the drawer extract path with respect to the pull-out rail and in the front region of the pull-out with respect to the support rail and which is controllable by the movement of the pull-out rail or the drawer, both with the support rails and with the Pull-out rails components are connected, each having a curved guide rail, in each of which a bolt arranged at the free end of the pawl projects.
There are both so-called single extracts known, which has on each side of the drawer only a drawer-side pull-out and a body-side support rail and full extension of the type mentioned, in which a further center rail is disposed on each side of the drawer between the pull-out rail and the support rail. For the most part, a drawer provided with a single drawer can not be completely pulled out of the furniture carcass if it is to remain anchored in it. The full extenders are more complex in construction, but allow the drawer to be completely pulled out, giving better access to items located in the rear of the drawer.
Furthermore, pull-out guides are distinguished according to the type of bearing of the rollers. There are pullout guides, in which the load-transmitting rollers are mounted by means of axes on the rails and there are pull-out guides, in which the rollers but also balls are stored in their own carriages between the rails. In the latter case, the rollers or running balls run differentially between the rails.
Experience has shown that even drawers, which are provided with a full extension, are usually not completely pulled out of the furniture body in daily use. This possibility should only be given in principle.
It also proved disadvantageous if the middle rails were moved uncontrollably. This leads to a troubled run of the drawer.
From AT 355 757 B a pull-out of the type mentioned is known in which a rotatably mounted control lever is arranged on the center rail. The control lever has two pins which project alternately into a serving as a control cam recess of the support rail and in a recess open to the rear in the drawer side wall. By this design it is achieved that the intermediate rail runs with the pull-out when the drawer is pulled out of the furniture. In a predetermined range of Auszugsweges it comes to a not noticeable to the user transition, in which the drawer is released from the center rail and continues to drive on this as in a normal single extension.
The object of the invention is to improve such a control in a pull-out with a body-side support rail of a loading-side pull-out rail and a middle rail arranged therebetween and to achieve a more accurate run of the drawer.
This is inventively achieved in that both guideways have a closed end and an open end, and the two open ends facing in the same direction, while the two closed ends are directed counter to each other and that the pawl is designed as a one-armed lever with a free end , which carries the two horizontal bolts, which intervene alternately in one of the guideways.
Also in the embodiment of the invention, the middle rail is moved along with the pull-out rail when extending the drawer first. When the center rail has reached its foremost position, it is locked via the carriage on the support rail and the pull-out moves relative to the center rail. When retracting the drawer, the pull-out rail is first moved along the fixed center rail. When the pull-out rail reaches its rearmost position relative to the middle rail, the coupling between the middle rail and the mounting rail is released and the middle rail is coupled to the pull-out rail. Now center rail and pull-out rail are brought together in the rear end position. However, the control of the rails is more precise than in known pull-out guides.
In order to keep the mounting rail low, it is advantageously provided that the guide rail associated with the guide rail is formed as a groove in a fixed to the support rail and / or a furniture side wall block.
In order to achieve a stable hold between the drawer and latched center rail, an embodiment of the invention provides that the pull-out rail associated track is formed in a conventional manner by a slot in a connected to the pull-out rail and / or the drawer vertical web and that the latch in the pull-out front area U2
AT 402 779 Β is designed with two webs, which receive the outer wall of the drawer between them.
In a further embodiment, a good grip between the rails is achieved in that the closed end of the guide rail associated with the guideway down and the closed end of the pull-out rail associated guide rail projects upwards.
In order to facilitate the engagement of the pawl on the pull-out rail, in one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the pawl has a straight and an angled web.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, a particularly smooth transition in the locking of the center rail is achieved in that the two horizontal bolts are arranged coaxially at the free end of the pawl.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the invention with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings will be described in detail.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a cabinet and a drawer, which is mounted by means of a pull-out according to the invention in the furniture body, Fig. 2 shows schematically the position of the rails of Ausziehführungsgarnitur with inserted drawer, Fig. 3 shows schematically the position of the rails when half pulled out of the furniture body drawer, Fig. 4 shows schematically the position of the rails with completely pulled out of the furniture body drawer, while this is still anchored in the pull-out, Fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of one side of the pull-out guide and the rear portion of the drawer, the lock between the rails is out of engagement, the Fig. 6 Fig. 7 is a diagram of one side of the pull-out guide, the middle rail being coupled to the support rail, and Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the pull-out guide Drawer frame and the rails of the pull-out guide.
The furniture body has two furniture side walls 4 and a worktop 7. On the side walls 4, the support rails 6 of the Ausziehführungsgarnitur in a conventional manner, for example by means of dowels that protrude through mounting holes 17, attached.
The drawer has a front panel 2, a drawer bottom 3, a rear wall 8 and two drawer 1. The drawer units 1 are double-walled. The extension guide consists on each side of the drawer of the support rail 6, the center rail 5 and the pull-9, which is attached to the drawer 1.
At the rear end of the middle rail 5, a pawl 13 is mounted on a bearing pin 16. The pawl 13 is U-shaped in the front region and consists of a straight web 18 and an angled web 19. At the free ends of the webs 18, 19 are horizontally outwardly projecting bolts
14, 15 are provided. The bolts 14, 15 are advantageously arranged coaxially. On the mounting rail 6 is a
Block 11 is fixed, in which a groove 20 is formed, which is the support rail side cam or
Guideway forms. The inner wall of the drawer 1 is cut out behind the drawer rear wall 8 and in the recess a mounted on the pull-9 9 adapter with vertical web 10 is inserted. The adapter or its vertical web 10 has a slot 12 which forms the load-side control cam or guide track. The open ends 20 ', 12' of the groove 20 and the slot 12 are each directed horizontally to the rear. The closed ends 20, 12 point in opposite directions, namely the closed end 20 of the groove 20 down and the closed end 12 "of the slot 12 upwards.
When the drawer is fully inserted into the furniture body, the horizontal bolt 15 of the pawl 13 engages in the slot 12 in the vertical web 10 of the adapter of the drawer 1 a. The web 18 of the pawl 13 protrudes between the inner wall and the outer wall 1 'of the drawer 1 and the adapter. The web 19 is located on the outside of the drawer 1 (Fig. 6).
If the drawer is pulled out of the furniture body, the bolt 15 is held in the slot 12 and the center rail 5 is moved together with the pull-9 to the front. Approximately in half of the Ausziehweges the horizontal pin 14 of the pawl 13 engages in the groove 20 of the support rail side block 11 a. The pawl 13 is thereby pressed down and when the drawer is pulled further forward, the bolt 15 is guided out of the slot 12, ie the coupling between the middle rail 5 and the pull-out rail 9 or the drawer 1 is canceled. The drawer is freely movable relative to the center rail 5 and the center rail 5 is coupled via the pawl 13 with the support rail 6 and fixed with respect to this (Fig. 7).
AT 402 779 B
When inserting the drawer, the middle rail 5 is first quiet until the pin 15 of the pawl 13 is inserted into the slot 12 in the vertical web 10 of the adapter of the drawer 1. As a result, the pawl 13 is raised and the bolt 14 is moved out of the groove 20. Thus, the middle rail 5 is now moved along with the pull-9 along the mounting rail 6 to the rear.
The rear wall 8 of the drawer has at its upper end edge to a rearwardly projecting cover web 21. The slots 12 are arranged in the vertical web 10 of the adapter below this Abdecksteges 21.
The adapter can be formed directly on the pull-9 or be welded to this and / or the drawer 1.
The load transfer between the rails 9, 5, 6 takes place advantageously on rollers. The rollers for load transfer between the Ausziehschienen 9 and the center rail 5 can be mounted directly to the Ausziehschienen 9 and the middle rails 5 by means of axle, while the rollers for load transfer between the center rails 5 and the support rails 6 are located in separate carriages.
