The invention relates to a heating device according to the preamble of the claim.
Such heating devices have become known from DE-OS 2,944,361 and US Pat. Nos. 4,570,847 and 4,108,369. From this it is essentially known that a tight closing exhaust flap whose closing or Open position monitoring sensor is assigned. In DE-OS 2,944,361, the flap is designed as a gate valve, which is pushed forward or back by a motor. According to US-PS 4 570 847 is a pivoting flap, in which case the sensors are designed as limit switches. According to US-PS 4,108,369 the flap is equally designed as a pivoting flap whose position is equally monitored by limit switches.
Each motor operates exclusively its own gate valve or its own flap.
In such a heating device only heaters can be used in which the exhaust gases are sucked through the chimney under the current rules, each of said heaters is separately controlled and between the heaters, except through the chimney there is no connection. However, there is the disadvantage that, if only one heater is in operation, sucked air from the other units and thus heat is dissipated.
The aim of the invention is to avoid this disadvantage and to propose a heating device of the type mentioned, which is characterized by a simple structure and in which a removal of heat from different units is avoided.
This is achieved according to the invention in a heating device of the type mentioned by the characterizing features of the claim.
By using the exhaust gases with overpressure in the fireplace promotional heaters influencing other units is avoided by the operation of a set up in another unit heater. As a result, the removal of heat from other units is avoided. It is possible by the common control to ensure that a heater in a unit can only go into operation when the exhaust valves of the units arranged in other units and connected to the same fireplace heaters that are not in operation, are closed. This also excludes that when operating a heater via a connected to the same fireplace and set up in another unit heater exhaust gases can penetrate into this unit.
It is easily possible due to the planned joint control of devices connected to a common fireplace heaters, ensure that the exhaust flaps of devices connected to the same chimney and non-operational heaters are tightly closed when commissioning a heater. For this purpose it is sufficient to control the relevant engine of the exhaust valve accordingly.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to control all connected to the same fireplace heaters together, which can be dispensed with separate control devices of the individual heaters. However, the possibility to individually control the individual heaters remains fully intact, since the signaling of the arranged in the individual units temperature sensor can be set independently.
Furthermore, there is the advantage that upon start-up of each heater, the ignition of the respective burner can be made dependent on the achievement of the open position of the associated exhaust gas valve, resulting in favorable Zündverhältnisse.
Finally, a very high level of operational reliability of a heating device according to the invention results.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. Showing:
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a heater according to the invention and Fig. 2 is a block diagram of a controller for two devices.
In Fig. 1, only one heater is partially shown in a heater according to the invention a plurality of several floors of a house arranged in different units heaters are connected to a chimney 5, wherein the heaters are provided with a fan, the exhaust gas under pressure in the chimney. 5 promote.
In the illustrated heating device, the exhaust flaps 1 are arranged between an exhaust gas collecting hood 2 of a heater and a chimney connection 3 associated therewith, the exhaust flap 1 being designed to be able to be driven tightly by a motor 4.
This engine 4 is connected to a common control 6 which controls the exhaust flaps 1 of all connected to a chimney 5 heaters.
The exhaust valves 1 are associated with their open or closed position monitoring sensors 7, 8, which are also connected to the common control 6.
Furthermore, the operation of the burners of the individual heaters blocking or releasing devices 9 are connected to the common control 6, for example in the circuits of the burner
AT 401 100 Β controlling gas valves switched relays. With these it is possible to prevent commissioning of a burner when the exhaust valve 1 is not in the closed position in a connected to the same chimney 5 and not in operation heater.
Furthermore, temperature sensors 10 arranged in each unit, which serve to signal a heat request, are connected to the common control unit 6. Thus, it is also possible that each of the heaters connected to a common fireplace 5 can be started and stopped separately. It is checked before the ignition of a burner of a heater by the controller 6, if all other connected to the same fireplace 5 heaters that are not in operation, the exhaust valves 1 are closed.
The following description of the operation of the controller 6 can also be understood with reference to the block diagram of FIG.
At the start of each heater after checking the position of the exhaust valves 1 of the other connected to the same fireplace heaters first the fan of the heater to be started to start and the associated exhaust valve 1 is opened, after which the gas supply to the burner and turned on the ignition becomes. The supply of gas and the ignition takes place only after the associated exhaust flap has reached the fully open position and the corresponding sensor 8 has been actuated.
Furthermore, the common control 6 also checks the function of all exhaust flaps 1 of the heaters connected to a common chimney 5 and, in the event of a fault of an exhaust flap 1, switches off all the heaters connected to a common chimney 5 in a locking manner.
