Audio identification system
Abstract
System to recognize audio signals in free field, comprising: a portable device (2) having a microphone (6) to capture audio signals in free field, corresponding audio signals in free field captured a part of a job recorded audio that is less than a full recorded audio work; a processor (3) local engageable to said portable device (2), to transmit audio signal features corresponding to the audio signals captured free field to a recognition site; including one of said device (2) Portable and said processor (3) Local circuitry that extracts a time series of signal characteristics of spectrally distinct audio from any part of the audio signals in free field captured, corresponding time series of spectrally signal characteristics other than part of a recorded audio work that audio is less than the complete recorded audio work; and a processor (16) for recognition and a memory (18) of recognition in the recognition site, storing said memory (18) recognition data corresponding to a plurality of audio templates, correlating said processor (16) recognition features audio signal transmitted from said processor (3) Local with at least one of the audio templates stored in said memory (18) recognition processor providing said processor (16) for recognition an acknowledgment signal based on the correlation.
