The invention relates to a cleaning device with a Einwaschleiste for wet cleaning of smooth surfaces, especially of windows, ceilings and walls, consisting of a support profile with a Einwaschleiste and a rubber scraper, wherein the rubber scraper to a suction device connectable suction openings are assigned, and wherein in the washing tray a cleaning liquid can be supplied, as well as an approximately perpendicularly projecting from this handle.
Such cleaning devices are already known, wherein the washing-up bar is usually either immersed in a cleaning liquid or otherwise supplied with a cleaning liquid. If now smooth surfaces are to be cleaned with such a cleaning device, then it happens again and again that the cleaning liquid drips down or Runs down on the smooth surface to be cleaned. Especially in the cleaning of windows in the interior of buildings, problems arise because usually on the window sills various material is stored, which must not be wet. In the cleaning equipment for washing smooth surfaces so the problem here is not solved.
Although it is a cleaning device for smooth surfaces has become known (DE-OS 34 47 774), which is designed for stripping and thus drying the smooth surfaces. This cleaning device is provided with a rubber scraper, wherein in the region of this rubber strip through holes are provided from the outer edge thereof to a cavity. The cleaning device or the handle thereof can then be connected to a suction device, so that the cleaning liquid stripped off by the rubber wiper can be sucked off. However, this known design of a cleaning device gives no indication of improved possibilities in the previous washing of the smooth surfaces.
It is also a cleaning device known (FR-PS 2 572 920), which has a Einwaschleiste for wet cleaning, wherein in the washing tray a cleaning liquid is supplied. Furthermore, a rubber scraper is provided, which are assigned to a suction device connectable suction openings. In the cleaning direction follows so the Einwaschleiste the rubber scraper, where immediately before the rubber scraper, the suction openings or a suction slot are provided. Especially when cleaning a wall or a window arise in such cleaning equipment, the biggest problems. Of course, the wet washing-up bar tends to drip even at the slightest excessive supply of cleaning liquid, so that traces of liquid run down the window and from there over the window frame to the wall. It does not help, if then above this Einwaschleiste a rubber scraper associated suction is provided.
In a further known embodiment (US Pat. No. 4,266,317), a washing-in bar and a rubber scraper are likewise provided, wherein an extraction takes place in the region between these two elements. In addition, the cleaning liquid is sprayed in this version outside of the washing-up bar. This liquid is then absorbed by the Einwaschleiste and distributed accordingly, the soil is to be cleaned. Subsequent to the Einwaschleiste then takes place the suction of the liquid collected by the rubber scraper.
In another known embodiment (US Patent No. 1,982,345) a suction duct is provided on both sides of a cleaning brush, but it is not guaranteed in such an arrangement that nevertheless no cleaning liquid runs down along the window and the wall. There is no way to absorb excess liquid content.
The present invention has therefore set itself the task of creating a cleaning device of the type mentioned, with which a clean and drip-free washing of smooth surfaces is possible.
According to the invention it is proposed that at least one side longitudinal edge of the Einwaschleiste is assigned to this open, trough-like, firmly connected to the support profile rail, one or more, connectable to the suction suction, and that in the region of the Einwaschleiste one or more, nozzle-like openings are provided for supplying a cleaning liquid.
By means of these measures according to the invention, excess cleaning liquid is discharged directly into the groove-like profile rail provided during the cleaning process below the washing-up bar and can be sucked from there. Dropping during the washing process is thereby prevented. In addition, since a precisely metered amount of cleaning fluid can be supplied, always results in the correct humidity or Wet the wash-in bar to perform the cleaning process optimally. Since any excess cleaning fluid is discharged into the trough-like profile rail, this cleaning fluid can not even run down the smooth surfaces to be cleaned down.
It has therefore been created by a simple constructive measure an optimal cleaning option for wet cleaning of smooth surfaces.
AT 398 162 B
A constructive embodiment is that the suction openings are formed as connecting openings between the groove-like rail and a hollow chamber of the support profile, wherein the hollow chamber of the support profile merges into the executed as a hollow profile, connectable to a hose of the suction handle. It is characterized given for the excess cleaning liquid in a simple way a suction.
It is further provided that the channel-like rail is executed closed at both ends. The groove-like rail is then designed in the manner of a trough, so that even if the cleaning device is not kept in exactly horizontal orientation, no excess cleaning liquid can leak out laterally.
In this context, it is also expedient if the suction openings are arranged distributed over the length of the channel-like profile rail. It is then always a corresponding suction available, whether the cleaning device is now performed in exactly horizontal position or if this is used inclined to one side or the other.
A particularly expedient embodiment of the cleaning device according to the invention also lies in the fact that the Einwaschleiste is positively and / or non-positively, but easily detachably connected to the support profile. This makes a very easy replacement of the washing-up bar possible. It is therefore also conceivable to use Einwaschleisten with different surface for different purposes or it is always given the opportunity to renew the Einwaschleiste from time to time or even clean yourself. The simplest structural variant lies in it, if the Einwaschleiste is connectable via a push-button connection with the support profile.
According to the invention, it is further proposed that the nozzle-like openings for supplying the cleaning liquid are formed in a hollow profile rail inserted between the supporting profile and a side longitudinal edge region of the washing-up bar into which the supply line originating from a storage container opens. It is characterized a fine distribution of the cleaning liquid with respect to the Einwaschleiste possible, so that it is necessary to make do with the least possible amount of cleaning liquid. Since the supply of cleaning liquid thus comes practically from the back of the Einwaschleiste ago, possibly too much supplied cleaning liquid can run right down to the back of the Einwaschleiste in the channel-like profile rail.
It is advantageous that the hollow profile rail is designed in cross-section approximately triangular, with its one boundary surface approximately flush with the one side longitudinal edge of the washing-up bar. It is thereby ensured a secure contact between the washing-up bar and the hollow profile rail, so that the exiting from the nozzle-like openings cleaning liquid is transferred in direct contact with the Einwaschleiste.
Thus, a safe dripping excess cleaning fluid in the trough-like rail is possible, engages the one side longitudinal edge of the Einwaschleiste in the channel-like profile rail. It is thus practically always the lowest in the labor input edge region of the wash-in in the trough-like rail, so that dripping cleaning liquid just gets safely into this channel-like rail.
An advantageous construction in the supply of cleaning liquid results when the supply line is guided by the trained as a hollow profile handle to the outside and via a plug-in coupling with a connecting line to the reservoir or a pumping device can be coupled. It can therefore be transported or replaced, the cleaning device itself, while still easily by a plug-in coupling, the necessary connection line can be made.
A special design measure results from the fact that the supply line in the region of the handle in the manner of a helical spring is curved helically. As a result, the supply line for the purpose of Kuppenins with the connecting line to be pulled out of the cavity of the handle something, the connection after coupling and the mating between the handle and suction hose or Handle and an extension bar is preserved. It is thereby solved in a simple way the problem, a necessary, excess length of the supply line or accommodate the connection line within the handle, without the feed would kink. So it is always guaranteed a proper supply of cleaning fluid.
In a particular embodiment of the nozzle-like openings having hollow profile rail has another function. It is then proposed that the nozzle-like openings having hollow profile rail is designed as a spacer between rubber scraper and Einwaschleiste, wherein the outer boundary surface of the hollow profile rail with the plane of the rubber scraper includes an acute angle. It is thereby ensured that in a stripping operation with the Reini3
AT 398 162 Β supply all surfaces can be achieved properly, including, for example, boundary surfaces of projecting window frames or the like. The cleaning device can thus be tilted so far in a simple manner that stripping is possible, but without the hollow profile rail and thus the Einwaschleiste would come into contact with an angular surface to be cleaned, to be cleaned.
For simple and efficient operation of the cleaning device, it is expedient if the handle or a subsequent to the handle and detachable with this handling part switching elements for supplying cleaning fluid and / or commissioning of the suction device are arranged. It can then by the user of the cleaning device in a simple way the washing process of his handle or be controlled by its handling part, so if, for example, more cleaning fluid is needed or the suction is to be put into operation.
Further advantages of the invention will be explained in more detail in the following description with reference to the drawings. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a view of the cleaning device;
Figure 2 is a section along the line AB in Fig. 1.
Fig. 3 is a view according to Figure 1 reduced representation of the cleaning device.
4 shows a suction hose which can be attached to the handle of the cleaning appliance, and FIG. 5 shows an optionally usable extension piece;
Fig. 6 shows a particular embodiment of anschiiessbaren to the handle of the cleaning device Absaugschiauches contained in this control and supply lines.
The cleaning device 1 consists essentially of a support profile 2 and a handle 3, wherein the Tragprofii 2 carries a Einwaschieiste 4. The cleaning device can only be equipped with a Einwaschleiste 4, so only for a washing process for wet cleaning of smooth surfaces, in particular windows, ceilings or walls are equipped, or it can also, as in Figs. 1 and FIG. 2 shows a combination cleaning device additionally having a rubber scraper 5. The cleaning device can then be used both for the washing process and for the stripping process. A side longitudinal edge 6 of the Einwaschieiste 4 is assigned to this open, trough-like, with the support profile 2 permanently connected rail 7. The rail 7 is provided with one or more, connectable to a suction suction 8.
The suction openings 8 are formed as connecting openings 9 between the channel-like profile rail 7 and a hollow chamber 10 of the support profile 2. The hollow chamber 10 of the support profile 2 is in the executed as Hohiprofil handle 3 via. The handle 3 can be connected to a hose 11 of the suction device.
The channel-like profile rail 7 is closed at both ends by webs 12, so that a trough-like design of this rail 7 is achieved. The suction openings 8 and thus also the connecting openings 9 are arranged distributed over the length of the channel-like profile rail 7.
The Einwaschieiste 4 is positive and / or non-positive, but easily releasably connected to the support section 2. It should be possible to easily replace this Einwaschieiste 4. In the embodiment shown, a push-button connection 13 is provided, wherein the one portion of the push button is integrated in the Einwaschieiste 4 and the other part of the push-button connection is attached to the support section 2. The Einwaschieiste 4 can therefore only be recognized and connected by a pressure movement with the support section 2.
The one side longitudinal edge 6 of the Einwaschieiste 4 engages in the trough-like rail 7, so that in the operating position of the cleaning device 1 of this side edge 6, which is then at the lowest point, is always underlaid by the channel-like rail 7. As a result, excess cleaning fluid can safely reach the channel-like profile rail 7.
In the context of the invention, it would also be conceivable to provide at the side edge of the edge opposite the side edge of the Einwaschieiste 4 a channel-like rail or even only on this one side. Such a design would be useful if an operation of the cleaning device should be made only down or down and up. It must always be arranged below the Einwaschieiste 4 in such a washing process, the channel-like rail 7 based on the respective operating position of the cleaning device.
In the field of Einwaschieiste 4 is one or more, nozzle-like openings 14 are provided for supplying a cleaning liquid. These nozzle-like openings 14 are formed in a hollow profile rail 16 inserted between the support profile 2 and the side longitudinal edge region 15 of the Einwaschieiste 4. In this hollow profile rail 16 also opens out of a reservoir supply line 17th On the length of the hollow profile rail 16 a plurality of nozzle-like openings 14 are arranged distributed. The hollow profile rail 16 is executed approximately triangular in cross section, wherein the
AT398 162 B a boundary surface 18 approximately flush with the one side longitudinal edge 15 of the wash-in bar 4 concludes.
The supply line 17 is guided by the trained as a hollow body handle 3 to the outside. Via a plug-in coupling 20, this supply line 17 can be coupled to a connecting line 21. The supply line 17 is designed helically curved running in the region of the handle 3 in the manner of a coil spring. It can be pulled out of the supply line 17 in the longitudinal direction of the handle 3 or pushed back a little, without the risk of kinking the Zuführieitung 17 is given.
As already stated above, the cleaning device 1 according to the invention can additionally be provided with a rubber scraper 5, in order to avoid the washing process and the stripping or Suction process with a device to perform. The rubber scraper 5 is the washing-up bar 4 held opposite to the support section 2. Along the rubber scraper suction openings 22 or slots are provided, which open into the cavity 10 of the support section 2. It is advantageous if in the region of the rubber scraper 5 distributed over its entire length such suction openings 22 are provided, the dimensions of these suction openings 22 are larger in the central region of the cleaning device ais against the two edges. It is thus possible an optimal distribution of suction, so that practically equal over the entire length of the rubber scraper 5 is given a suction power.
Especially in this double version of the cleaning device, so for use for wet washing and for use for stripping and suction, it is expedient if the nozzle-like openings 14 having hollow profile rail 16 serves as a spacer between the rubber wiper 5 and 4 Einwaschleiste. The outer boundary surface 18 of this hollow profile rail 16 includes with the plane of the rubber scraper 5 an acute angle, so that with the rubber scraper 5 all the necessary points in the cleaning or can be achieved when stripping, without the underlying hollow profile rail 16 or the washing-up bar 4 comes into contact with an adjacent surface to be cleaned.
With reference to FIG. 3 5 it can be seen that the cleaning device 1 can be coupled in a simple manner with a hose 11, wherein the coupling pieces 23 and 24 can be simply plugged into one another. Before the mating of these coupling pieces 23 and 24, the supply line 17 and the connecting line 21 are connected to each other via the plug-in coupling 20. With a corresponding coupling or Screw 25, the hose 11 is connected to a suction device. Via a corresponding sealing sleeve 26, the connecting line 21 is led out of the tube 11 and at this end in turn has a corresponding plug-in coupling 27. So it can then this end of the connecting line 21 with the pumping device or be connected to the corresponding reservoir for the cleaning liquid. In particular, when relatively high walls or windows to be cleaned, it is advantageous if the hose 11 does not connect directly to the handle 3, but if an additional extension piece 28 can be used. The connection between the individual parts and also the supply line and the connecting line takes place at the ends of this extension piece 28 in the same way.
A particularly advantageous embodiment is shown in FIG. 6 shown. It is here in the area of the handle or at the subsequent to the handle and with this detachable handling part 29 given the opportunity to control the individual operations accordingly. Shaft elements 30 are arranged here with which, on the one hand, the supply of cleaning fluid is triggered and, on the other hand, the suction device can be put into operation. It is then arranged next to the connecting line 21 in the tube 11 and an electrical control line 30. From the user of the cleaning device so cleaning liquid can be supplied if necessary or the suction device can be put into operation without him the handle or the extension piece 28 lets go. The connecting line 21 leads here to a pumping device 31 and from there via a line 32 into the reservoir. By the electrical control line 30, the pumping device 31 can be put into operation. The control device in which the switching operations, for example by relays, is housed in a plug housing 33, which can be used directly in a socket, thereby to produce the power supply. In the provided at the front socket 34, the suction device is then inserted, so that the power supply to the socket 34 is also interrupted via the control line 30 or can be turned on.
There is also a possibility to cause this control, either a Reinigungsfiüssigkeit or water is supplied.
The inventive cleaning device can be connected to any commercially available extraction device or any commercially available suction device. It then just has to be at one end of the
AT 398 162 Β
Hose 11 provided connection or the connection of the connecting line 21 can be adjusted.
It is also within the scope of the invention also possible to provide in the embodiment of FIG. 6, a safety circuit, thereby preventing accidentally cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the Einwaschleiste during the suction operation both during the washing process and during the stripping process.
In the context of the invention, several structural and effective changes can be made, but it is always essential and important that at least one side edge of the Einwaschleiste is assigned to this open, channel-like rail to thereby the excess water or catch the excess cleaning fluid during the washing process or to be able to aspirate. It is therefore possible in any case, a drip-free washing process of smooth surfaces.
