The invention relates to a holder for a plate made of glass, glass ceramic or similar material, in particular for a cooking surface, with a at the edge of a suspension opening or on a surface resting visible sealing frame and a holder frame connected to the sealing frame, which in turn is mechanically fixed and permanently connected to the plate via a permanently elastic, temperature-stable adhesive, whereas the sealing frame via a seal, such as a permanently elastic adhesive or a rubber profile, sealingly against the Plate connects.
Cooktops with cooking surfaces made of glass ceramic already have a high market share today! Embodiments in which the cooking surface is firmly connected by means of a temperature-stable, permanently elastic adhesive to a peripheral frame, as described, for example, in EOS 28 19 118 and DEOS 30 09 961, have proven particularly useful
DE-PS 21 26 614 describes a glass support frame for conventional hotplates made of metal. A sealing frame and a holder frame, as described by the present invention are not provided for the support plate.
DE-PS 28 19 118 describes sealing frame, which are firmly connected to the plate or the holder frame. An inventive replacement of the sealing frame is not possible here.
DE-GM 79 14 082 describes a mounting plate made of glass ceramic, which rests directly on a base. Neither holder frame nor sealing frame to which the present invention relates are provided for this plate.
The majority of glued cooking surfaces according to these embodiments is carried out with stainless steel frame profiles. Recently, however, the market has increasingly demanded cooktop designs with colored frames. For these colored frames - apart from special versions, for example, with copper sheets od. Like. - Are used primarily enameled, plastic-coated or painted sheet metal profiles.
As practice shows, however, problems arise with these colored frames both in the production and in use in that they are relatively sensitive to scratching or impact and not or only very unsatisfactory mend if the scratches or flakes become too strong.
Particularly disadvantageous occurs when the damaged frame must be replaced, because this inevitably means the replacement of firmly bonded to the frame cooking surfaces, which causes considerable costs. Stainless steel frames do not have this disadvantage insofar as damaged areas can in most cases be easily repaired without removing the cooking surface.
Manufacturing difficulties, especially in frames with special surface coatings, also occur in that certain cleaning or solvents, such as. T. must be used in the production line - for example, for degreasing the profiles to be bonded - chemically attack this coating, whereby appearance and durability on the substrate can be adversely affected.
On the other hand, due to the general possibility of being able to supply colored frames in cooking surfaces, there is an increasing demand in the market for the greatest possible flexibility in the selection of frames, which causes considerable cost and storage problems for cooktop manufacturers
Object of this invention is therefore to combine the previous advantages of bonding the cooking surface in circumferential frame with extensive flexibility in the frame design with respect to material and color, but at the same time to avoid the manufacturing and application disadvantages listed above.
This object is achieved in a holder of the type mentioned in that the sealing frame and the holder frame by at least one fastener, preferably by means of screws are releasably connected together and that the seal between the plate and sealing frame is detachably connected to the sealing frame. Due to the solvability of the holder frame from the sealing frame a simple replacement of the holder frame is achieved without the sealing of the frame to be held if necessary (damage, change of material / color), so that the resulting costs are significantly reduced
A preferred embodiment is that the holder frame and the sealing frame are connected to each other by means of spring, tab or other clamping elements. Such a design can be saved under difficult circumstances, screws between the holder frame and sealing frame, which greatly simplifies the installation.
It is particularly advantageous if the sealing frame is clamped between two perpendicular to the plate legs of the holder frame and held by cams on the legs of the holder frame by such a design can be removed if necessary, the decorative frame and / or renewed without the holder frame from its position Will get removed. As a result, the material load of the material stabilizing the holder frame may be reduced.
Advantageously, it is provided that the holder is connected to a profile rubber seal between the plate and the sealing frame, which is fixed by the clamping connection of the sealing frame with the holder frame between two frames by such an arrangement is a durable, but particularly easy to replace seal between holder frame and Sealing frame achieved that makes changing the holder frame easier and cheaper.

The advantages of the frame according to the invention over the prior art are particularly clear when the holder is connected to an adhesive seal between the plate and the sealing frame and between the sealing frame and the adhesive seal a release agent is provided. As release agents are, for example, talc or floor wax. Thus, although a good seal between the cooking surface and sealing frame is achieved by the bonding, but no durable connection, so that the dismantling of the sealing frame of the cooking surface by loosening the connecting means (screws, noses, Fedem and the like) between sealing and holding frame is easy, and to the use of tools such as razors or the like, which provoke damage to the sealing material, can be dispensed with.
The same problem-free disassembly is possible when the first gluing of the sealing frame as a teaching (z. B. in Teflon, since this material is not wettable by silicone glue), After setting the adhesive in the teaching, the cooking surface is then removed with quasi vulcanized silicone rubber edge and - according to the prior art - glued holder frame of the teaching, and the sealing frame - which must have the same inner contour as the gauge, preferably a few 1/10 mm smaller - is subsequently attached and connected to the holder frame by the matched fasteners. The replacement of an old frame against a new and / or different colored frame and / or another sealing frame profile is just as easily possible.
But even if the sealing frame is firmly bonded to the cooking surface, its disassembly is relatively easy, since the sealing joint between the cooking surface and the sealing frame from above can be easily - for example, with a razor - cut. After solving the connecting means between the sealing and holding frame, the sealing frame can then be pulled up or down from the holder frame, depending on the construction, and thus detached from the cooking surface.
By this simple principle, both damaged frame can be replaced by new, as well as optionally connect different colored frame and / or frame with different profile shapes with the same hob design with the holding frame. In order to achieve a good fit between holding and sealing frame, it is expedient od at least the sealing frame in a thermoforming tool. Like. To manufacture. When bonding the holder frame should preferably be included in a teaching.
The invention will be explained in more detail below by means of exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawings, in which preferred embodiments are shown. The invention is equally suitable not only for the enclosure of cooking surfaces, but also for other plates made of glass, glass ceramics or similar material.
Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the compound according to the invention a cooking surface with a holder frame in section, Fig. Lb in a perspective view. Figures 2 to 11 show possible implementations and specific embodiments in section; FIG. 12 shows another example in perspective.
Example 1 (Fig. 1)
The holder frame (2) has the shape of a simple angle or U-profile with an outer dimension, the approx. 3 mm is greater than the outer dimension of the cooking surface (1). The sealing frame (6) has the in Fig. 1 shown profile, wherein the inner dimension corresponds to the outer dimension of the holder frame with corresponding (+) - tolerance Both frame parts are connected by means of screws (4), wherein the vertical profile legs of both the holding and preferably the sealing frame in addition round or square holes for attachment of Haitetraversen for the radiator, for the floor panel od. like. contain.
In this two-part frame is - similar to a one-piece frame - the cooking surface at (3), (5) glued. If required, the sealing frame can be loosened again easily by loosening the screws and optionally after cutting the vertical bonding joint (5) away from the holder frame and thus from the cooking surface.
Example 2 (Fig. 2)
The sealing frame (6a) of this example corresponds to that of Example 1, wherein only the round holes for the screw connections are replaced by - preferably transverse, not square - square holes. In these square holes engage tabs and spring plates (7), which are issued on the holder frame (2a). As a result, a secure, but by pushing back the lugs and / or the spring plates easily detachable frame connection is achieved without additional screw.
The holder frame (2a) of this example is identical to that of Example 1 except for the flared lugs and spring plates.
Of course, it is also possible to attach the tabs and spring plates on the sealing frame and the square holes in the holder frame.
Bgigptel 3 (FIG. 3)
The holder frame (2a) of Example 3 is identical in the upper part with that of Example 2. However, this frame is formed as a trough with openings (9) in the bottom region (10) for receiving the radiator.
-3AT397424B
The sealing frame (6b) has a profile corresponding to FIG. 3, but the openings for the lugs and spring plates (7) of the holder frame are arranged at identical locations as in the sealing frame (6a) according to Example 2.
The use of the sealing frame (6b) with a wide, visible horizontal leg is then in exchange for the sealing frame (6a) advantageous if a relatively large worktop cutout must be covered in itself for this cut too small cooking surface.
Example 4 (Figure 4)
The holder frame (2) of this example is identical to that of Example 1.
However, the sealing frame has a different visible profile. This sealing frame (6c) can, as in Example 1, easily replaced by a new frame by loosening the screws (4).
Example 5 (Figure 5)
This example shows two other embodiments for the sealing frame (6d) and the holder frame (2b). Both frame parts are in turn releasably connected to each other by screws (4). Characteristic of this embodiment is that the sealing frame (6d) can be pushed up to a - issued in the holder frame (2b) end stop and thus can be accurately positioned.
Another profile design for sealing frame (6e) and holder frame (2c) shows this example. As in Example 3, here too the frame (2c) is formed as a trough with bottom portion (10) and openings for the heating elements The durable, yet easily detachable connection between holding and sealing frame is achieved in that the lower portion (6e *) of the sealing frame can easily feathers and after snapping over the knobs (11) of the holder frame of these knobs (11) is fixed. In this profile design of sealing and holding frame can advantageously be used for sealing between the sealing frame (6e) and holder frame (2c) and thus the entire frame unit a circumferentially closed profile rubber (12), preferably as a hollow profile, optionally with additional sealing lips, This profile rubber (12) is made by appropriate profile design in the connection of sealing and holding frame (6e), (2c) between the horizontal legs (6e), (2c) of the two profiles firmly pressed together and thus fixed.
Examples 7 to 12 (FIGS. 7 to 12)
Further exemplary embodiments are shown in FIGS. 7 to 12.
According to Fig. 7, the sealing frame (6g) is formed as a decorative frame, which is clamped between two vertical, firmly connected in the lower part, resilient in the upper part leg (16), (2e ') of the holder frame and by cams (7) on the holder frame is held.
In example 8 according to FIG. 8, sealing and holding frames are similar to example 6, but in example 8 the seal between cooking surface and sealing frame on the one hand and holder frame and sealing frame on the other hand by a common circumferentially closed profile rubber (12).
In Example 9, the sealing frame has the profile design (6i) shown in Fig. 9 and easily grips over the top of the cooking surface (1). Otherwise, the connection between the sealing and holding frame (2) as in Fig. 1 by screws (4). The seal between the sealing frame and cooking surface is made by profile rubber (12a).
This embodiment is advantageous, for example, when the upper edge of the cooking surface is muffled or otherwise slightly damaged and these defects are covered by this overlapping frame and thus become invisible.
In example (10) according to FIG. 10, partial regions (18) are shown in the sealing frame profile (6k), which serve to fasten the sealing frame in the wooden cutout (19) by means of screws (13).
With this sealing frame, the holder frame (2h) with connected by the adhesive (3) glued cooking surface via a special screw (14), (4). In this case, when dismantling the cooking surface with holder frame and bottom portion (10) of the sealing frame remain firmly connected to the woodcut. Due to the special screw connection can be adjusted to a preselected height level when re-installing the cooking surface.
Examples 11 and 12 according to FIGS. 11 and 12 essentially correspond to example 1. Only a tab (15) is provided instead of the screw (4) in FIG.
