Spectroscopic unwanted signal filters for discrimination of vulnerable plaque and method therefor

Abstract

The spectrum change resulting from absorption by unnecessary related signals in the sex course length between a catheter optical probe in the living body and a coronary-arteries wall which does variable, such as blood, becomes an obstacle in detection of an unstable plaque. The pretreatment method -- partial space orthogonal projection (OSP) and the generalization minimum -- a square -- based on the principle of a method (GLS), the influence of the blood to a spectrum signal is reduced. The multivariate discrimination model used for processing of spectral information reduces the number of the independent elements containing the element resulting from blood. By ケモメ trick processing including the pretreatment method and which is indicated, it especially reaches in a human body and spectral detection of coronary-arteries Kabeuchi's medical analysis thing in the living body is realized.
