The invention relates to a device for fastening a cantilever beam, in particular for the production of a balcony or the like., To a building structure, with an integrated into the building anchoring element, via which a force acting on the beam force in the building structure is ablatable.
In known constructions for attachment of beams to building structures, eg. B. for Baikon, in particular wooden balconies, on the outer walls of houses, support profiles are firmly integrated in the wall construction and the beams attached directly to these support profiles, z. B. screwed. The support profiles are usually designed in the form of Hach or U-profiles, which are integrated in many cases building inside in a concrete ceiling of the building with. The protruding from the outside of the wall part of the profiles is used for direct attachment of the beam, the beam usually od at the bottom of the profile with screws. like. is determined. For this purpose, a groove is milled in some cases in the beam, which corresponds to the shape of the profile.
In these known devices, the beam is always on with its end face on the outer wall, so that the profiles are predominantly claimed in static terms to train. However, this construction has the disadvantage that the pressure forces are introduced directly into the outer wall via the end face of the beams, which leads to undefined conditions, especially with large forces
Furthermore, water, z. As rainwater, accumulate in the groove, which leads to lingering after some time and significantly reduces the carrying capacity of the beam. The result is that the bars must be replaced after some time at great cost.
In other known devices, the beam is held with its building-side end directly between two profiles in the form of ribbons. Usually these bands are incorporated in the concrete floor and the beam is by means of bolts, screws od. Like. Attached to the bands. Such fasteners are not highly resilient, so that they are suitable at best for smaller balcony constructions.
The invention has for its object to provide a device for fixing a beam, which allows both a simple and safe installation of the same and the beam
This object is achieved according to the invention in that an intermediate element in the form of a tube is arranged between the anchoring element and the beam, which is firmly connected to the anchoring element, can be anchored together with the anchoring element in the building structure and in which one end of the beam can be inserted, and that the anchoring element consists of at least two anchoring bars or anchoring lugs, which run parallel to the tube axis of the intermediate element.
The invention is based on the idea not to attach the beam directly to the anchoring element, but voizusehen on the beam facing the end of the anchoring element an intermediate element in which the beam is held. This intermediate element allows a static optimum detection and holding of the respective end of the beam, which is not feasible in the case of the known direct coupling of the anchoring elements to the beams
The pickup tube can be designed in a variety of ways. It is advantageous if the receiving tube has a rectangular cross section for receiving a beam end with a rectangular cross section. This embodiment is of particular advantage for the construction of wooden balcony constructions, because in these square wooden beams are preferably used.
Advantageously, the anchoring bars or anchoring tabs are secured to the outside of the receiving tube. Although the anchoring bars or anchoring tabs may be attached to the outer or inner side of the receiving tube, it is advantageous to attach them to the outside to allow unimpeded insertion of the bar in the intermediate element to allow, since in this case the space in the intermediate element is not cramped by the bars or tabs.
According to another embodiment of the invention, a total of four anchoring rods or anchoring tabs are provided. This embodiment is particularly preferred for attaching a wooden beam for creating a wooden balcony. In this case, two rods are provided as tensile and two rods as pressure elements, of course, in each case a pulling element extends over a pressure element on each vertical outside of the square or rectangular Aufhahmerohrs
It is advantageous if the anchoring element and the bracket are galvanized. As a result, these structural parts are protected against corrosion or rusting.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the receiving tube with a securing element for the

Position of the end of the beam in the pipe. Preferably, the securing element is a screw which passes through a hole in the receiving tube and is screwed into the beam. The screw serves to prevent a loosening of the end of the beam from the holder in the intermediate element. The screw can protrude at any angle in the end of the beam as required.
The beam part held at least in the intermediate element can preferably be tapered or beveled in its upper cross-sectional half in the direction of the plate running over its upper side, wherein the beam part tapers to a maximum width of 2 cm. This is when using a wooden beam advantage to avoid rotting of the wood, since only a narrow surface of the wooden beam is formed, whereupon water, z. B. Rainwater, could accumulate. The wood beam may further be bleached over its upper cross-sectional half to form a protective layer.
The subject invention is described below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. It shows
1 is a schematic plan view of a device according to the invention,
FIG. 2 shows a schematic side view of the device according to FIG. 1, FIG.
Fig. 3 shows schematically a cross section of the device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 in the plane (ΙΠ-ΙΠ), and
Fig. 4 shows schematically a cross section of a device according to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 in the installed state.
As can be seen from Figures 1, 2 and 3, the device (10) according to the invention consists of an anchoring element (12) and an intermediate element (14) attached to its end. The intermediate element (14) is formed in the present embodiment as a holder in the form of a square tube (16) with a square cross-section. The anchoring element (12) consists in the present embodiment of anchoring rods (20), (22) which are fixed to the square tube (16). The anchoring rods (20) are in static terms tensile elements and the anchoring rods (22) formed as pressure elements, wherein in each case the tension elements extend over the pressure elements. The square tube (16) is provided with a bore (24) provided on the upper side at the end opposite the anchoring bars (20) and (22).
FIG. 4 shows the device (10) in the installed state in a building construction with a fixed beam (28). The illustrated arrangement of the device (10) is used for example in the construction of a wooden balcony construction on the outer wall (30) of a house. The square tube (16) is installed in the wall (30) so that it is enclosed on all sides by the wall (30). For example, the anchoring rods (20) and (22) welded to the square tube (16) project inwardly out of the wall (22). When drawing in a concrete floor (32), the anchoring bars (20) and (22) are integrated in the concrete.
In order to prevent the concreting of concrete from entering the interior of the square tube (16), a closure plate (36), preferably consisting of a rigid foam polystyrene, on the concrete ceiling (32) facing open end of the square tube ( 16). The end plate (36) corresponds to the outer diameter of the square tube (16) and is held by being clamped between the anchoring rods (20) and (22).
The cross-sectionally square bar (28), on which the balcony construction is to be supported, is inserted into the square tube (16) and held therein. To secure the beam (28) is a fuse element, for. B. a screw (34) provided, which is screwed through the bore (24) in the beam (28). The screw (34) has the task to prevent slipping out of the beam (28) from the square tube (16).
