Abstract

(57) The equipment which deals with the heart between summary surgical operations connects raising the heart and local fixation. The local fixation can maintain the amount of discharge, without other portions of the heart continuing a function, and enabling an operation of the coronary arteries in the state where the heart is continuing the beat, by that cause, decreasing, or being interrupted, while preventing the position part of the heart moving and enabling a quick suture. While the surgical operation is performed, he can undergo an operation on bow-like coronary arteries by using the equipment which deals with the heart. The treatment device arranges a hanging head near the tip part of the heart, and arranges whole maintenance near the base of the heart near the ventricular arteries. A frame is arranged in a patient's chest and it is made to move with a patient. It can use for assistance of the disposal of the heart if needed using the fixed equipment of the object of an operation. A many-sided motion of the heart and a cardiac muscle layer is made to suit from a special suction cup, and it is made for heart tissue not to interrupt suction added to the heart.
