Closure cap for containers

The invention relates to a closure cap for containers, such. As bottles, wherein the closure cap has an opening in its lid and on the inside of the lid a pierceable, the opening occlusive film is attached.

Are known closures for z. As bottles that are screwed or connected in any other form-fitting manner with the container. These caps must either be unscrewed to open or using an aid such. B. bottle opener, be removed.

From CH-PS 485 463 a closure for containers is known, which consists of a first disc, a second disc of rubber, a Vordichtungsring and a metal gasket, the latter two having an opening. This opening is closed by the two discs, which should be relatively resistant due to their strength and their material. This type of seal can therefore only by hard and stiff objects such. B. Injection needles are pierced, therefore, the known from CH-PS 485 463 closure is also intended only for sampling vessels for injection fluids

The closure for vial bottles of gas chromatographs described in U.S. Patent 4,248,355 consists of a rubber disc coated on its underside and a metal cap having a central opening which is closed off by the rubber disc. The rubber disc has such a thickness and strength that it withstands a certain internal pressure in the vial and acts as a pressure relief valve when a certain pressure is exceeded.

In DE-OS 29 42 053 a plug part for a plastic container is disclosed, which has a rubber stopper whose upper and lower surfaces are covered with thermoplastic films, wherein the rubber stopper is inserted into an injection molding having one or more openings. The rubber stopper, which closes the injection-molded part acting as a closure, has such a thickness and strength that it in turn can only be penetrated by relatively hard and stiff objects.

A foil closing the opening and a sealing disc supporting this foil with an opening corresponding to the opening in the lid are not described in this document.

From GB-PS 2 052 455 a snap or screw closure is known, which may have an opening in its center. The closure contains on its inside several layers, of which the innermost rests against the container edge and is connected to it so that it seals the container tight. After removing the closure, this innermost layer remains on the container and can then be pierced.

Also known is a lid for a container (US-PS 4 090 635) having an opening, wherein on the inside of the lid a pierceable, the opening occlusive film is attached. In selecting the thickness and the material of the film, so their strength, the problems described in this document occur that the film on the one hand must be strong enough to z. B. not to tear during handling and transport of the container and on the other hand should be able to penetrate easily enough. Moreover, the film must be so strong that it does not yield when piercing, but tears defined.

The invention has for its object to provide a closure cap for containers, such. B. bottles, which need not be removed to remove the liquid from the container.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that on the inside of the lid a preferably made of cork gasket is inserted, which has an opening corresponding to the opening in the lid, and that the film between the lid and the gasket is arranged. The film can z. B. pierced with a straw and the contents of the container using the straw sucked, or emptied after piercing with another object without the cap must be removed from the container.

Since on the inside of the lid or the film, a preferably made of cork gasket is arranged, which has an opening corresponding to the opening in the lid, the container opening is sealed and prevents the film from breaking when pressed against the container opening.

A particularly easy to manufacture embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the film is sprayed onto the inside of the lid sprayed or thermally welded

The invention also extends to the fact that the existing metal or plastic cap has a thread. Alternatively it can be provided that the metal cap is a crown cap

An additional, in particular hygienic protection can be achieved according to the invention in that on the outside of the lid of the closure cap, a removable protective film covering the opening in the lid is arranged

In the invention, the film is supported from the inside by the sealing disc, which has an opening in the lid corresponding opening, this on the one hand unintentional tearing of the film when handling the container is avoided even with thin films and on the other hand, a kind of shear edge for the film when piercing this formed. As a result, the film can be made so thin that they are also simpler and not so solid means, such. B. Straws, can be pierced without problems.

Approximately in the middle of the lid (2) has an opening (3) is provided. On the inside of the lid (2) is a film (4) z. B. glued, sprayed, or secured by thermal welding. Through the film (4), the opening (3) is closed.

On the sleeve-shaped part (9) of the closure cap (1) has a thread (6) is formed. By screwing the cap (1) on the bottle (8) it is closed.

In order to ensure a tight closure of the bottle (8) through the closure cap (1), on the inside of the closure cap (1) a sealing disc (10) is arranged, the z. B. made of cork. In the sealing disc (10) has an opening (5) is provided which corresponds in size and position of the opening (3) in the lid (2). Between the sealing disc (10) and the lid (2) of the closure cap (1) is the film (4), through which the openings (3) and (5) are closed.

The strength and strength of the film (4) is such that the film (4) z. B. pierced by means of a straw and thus the straw through the openings (3) and (5) can be inserted into the bottle (8). It is also possible to pierce the film (4) with another object and to empty the bottle (8) through the resulting opening.

The closure cap (1) can, as shown in the drawing, be designed both as a screw cap and as a crown cap or as a stopper-like closure and consist of sheet metal or plastic.

To protect the opening (3) or the film (4) may be attached to the outside of the lid (2) a further film (11), which is withdrawn before piercing the film (4).

The film (4) does not have to extend to the sleeve-shaped part (9) of the closure cap (1), but it only needs to be so large that it securely holds on the lid (2).
