Referring to Figure 1, two travel carts (2) are shown in closely spaced storage positions, being coupled with each other locked by a device (1) according to the invention.
The seizure or Entpfländungsvomchtung (1) can for locked coupling with each other or in a fixed location of various particular the audience freely provided commodities, such as illustrated in the illustrated example luggage car (2), (2 ') in a railway station or airport or shopping cart in one Self-service department store to be used wherein the objects of the audience are directly removed from a common storage room and must be returned to this storage room.
Referring now particularly to Figures 2 to 6, the device (1) comprises a lock (3) for automatically locking coupling of each article to an adjacent article or to a stationary location in closely packed storage spaces, whereby a coin or token is inserted into the lock. 4) to allow the unlocking of the lock (3) and the release of the object by pulling and the lock for returning the money or Value coin (4) is formed when the object has been returned to its storage room and coupled to an adjacent object or locked at a fixed location. According to the unlocking occurs by pulling on the object.
In particular, the pulling in succession causes the unlocking of the lock (3) and the unlocking or decoupling of the object (2 ').
The lock (3) comprises a movable by pulling sliding or sliding piece (5), which by an inner locking member (6) festhaltbar or inhibiting by coming into contact with the edge of Geldbzw. Value coin (4) is, if one exerts a sufficient tensile force, wherein the sliding or sliding piece (5) for locking or unlocking of the connection of the object with a neighboring object or a fixed location particular bolt (7) is used.
The lock (3) also comprises a movable means (8) for retaining the currency or coin (4) in two layers, in which the money or value coin in the lock (3) each in a lock (3) unlocking effective position and in an inactive retention position.
In the illustrated example, the blocking or Hemmungsglied of a cog or a stop (6), the pivotally about a substantially horizontal, perpendicular to the longitudinal center line (X-X ') of the lock (3) extending axis ( 9), wherein the lock housing in particular consists of an upper and a lower frame or housing part (3a), (3b). The stop (6) can be reset by a bow-shaped or U-shaped leaf spring (10).
The movable sliding or sliding piece (5) has at its top a the free end of the stopper (6) opposite the stepped or stepped shoulder (11).
If no coin is inserted into the lock and if one exerts a pulling force on the object, the free end of the lug (6) abuts against the shoulder (11) and thus prevents the unlocking of the lock.
The restraining means consists in particular of a rocker-type tilting member (8) provided in an accommodation space (12) which adjoins the coin insertion or insertion slot (13) passing through the lock (3), which is about a horizontal line to the longitudinal centerline (X-X ') of the castle extending pivot pin or -Zapfen (14) is pivotally mounted, wherein the rocker-like tilting member (8) by a on the tilting member (8) acting on the spring (15) is acted upon. Depending on whether one exercises a sufficient tensile force on the object or not, the rocker-like tilting member (8) occupy two layers. As long as the traction does not exceed a certain value, the money or Value coin (4) by the upper edge (16) of the rocker-like tilting member (8) in an unlocking the lock (3) effective position in the insertion slot (13) retained. If this predetermined value is exceeded, the rocker-like tilting member (8) pivoted under support with its lower edge (17) on a shoulder (18) of the lower frame or housing part (3b) of the lock (3) and the money or Value coin (4) falls by its own weight in the slot (13) and assumes an inactive restraint position. When the object (2 ') is returned to its storage room and locked with an adjacent object or fixed support stand, the rocker-like tilting member (8) pivots in the opposite direction to move the currency or coin (4) from the insertion slot (8). 13), whereby the money or value coin is recovered or can be recovered.
The connecting bolt (7) consists advantageously of a by two asymmetrical, about a substantially horizontal, perpendicular to the longitudinal center line (X-X ') of the lock (3) extending pivot pin or pin (24) pivotally movable clamping jaws (19) , (20). The jaws (19), (20) are acted upon by a spring (30) and are formed such that only one fixed to the adjacent object or the fixed location connection or Coupling rod (21) is inserted with exactly calibrated diameter between the jaws to lock the item or secured or secured. The connecting rod (21) may have a torsion spring (22) to be elastically rotatable by a certain angle for the purpose of balancing the z. B. caused by the installation tolerances or by the bumps or by the tire wear height difference between two adjacent service or tram.
In a lateral mobility of the article, the rod (21) can be bent back by a
-3Nr. Extend 390 849 or-curved, in dotted lines on Figure 3 shown approach (27), wherein the bent-back or cranked approach is optionally extended until it forms a closed loop
The connecting rod (21) is fastened to the adjacent object by a bow-shaped or U-shaped plate (28) by means of inviolable security screws (29); a sleeve (31) can be arranged between the rod (21) and the plate (28) and at this z. B. by a screw (32) are attached.
The movable sliding or sliding piece (5) also comprises a jaw-like projection (23) holding the jaws (19), (20) of the pliers or clamp (7) in the locked position. In fact, the jaws (19), (20) have recesses (36a), (36b) at their innermost part in the lock, which are arranged so as to be juxtaposed in the locked position of the lock so as to accommodate a space form, in which the free end of the nose-like projection (23) engages or is accommodated in the locked position to lock the lock in the water layer.
The lock passing slot (13) has a shrinkage preventing extension (25) having a width smaller than the thickness of the required coin piece, so that a coin piece of the same diameter but thinner than the required one Money or coin piece, the lock can pass through without being held back there.
Furthermore, a catcher (26) for the coin piece is provided, which is attached to the inner surface of the lower lock housing (3b) in the slot (13) extending position.
The lock (3) is fastened to the handlebar (34) of the carriage (2 ') by an entrapment device (33) with, in particular, non-breakable screws (35).
With reference in particular to FIGS. 7a to 7f, the various working steps and operations of the garnishment and depopying device according to the invention which form a self-loan with deposit return are described below.
Figure 7a illustrates the operation of inserting or inserting the money or coin piece (4) into the lock (3). Once it has been inserted into the slot (13), then the Geldbzw. Coin piece through the upper end (16) of the rocker-like tilting member (8) retained in an effective, the lock unlocking position. When a pulling force is exerted on the object in this position of the coin (4), then the free end of the stopper (6) slides along the edge of the coin (4) preventing it from sliding against the shoulder (11) - or sliding piece (5) abut. This position corresponds to unlocking the lock.
As you continue to pull on the object, the lower end (17) of the rocker-like tilting member (8) abuts against the shoulder (18) of the lower housing (3b) of the lock (3), whereby the rocker-like tilting member (8) is pivoted and thus releases the coin (4) from its previous position. The same then falls down by its own weight in the slot (13), where it occupies an inactive restraint position (Figure 7b); wherein the stop (6) then rests on the edge of the shoulder (11).
When the drawing is continued, the lug-like projection (23) of the sliding piece (5) moves out of the space provided by the opposing recesses (36a), (36b) of the two jaws (19) ) of the pliers-like clamp (7) in the locked position of the calibrated coupling rod (21) out (Figure 7c), whereby the pivoting of the jaws (19), (20) around the pin or Pin (24) under the action of the return spring (30) and the release of the calibrated coupling rod (21) takes place (Figure 7d). This corresponds to unlocking the lock. In this position, the jaws (19), (20), the recesses (36 a), (36 b) are no longer facing each other or are no longer aligned with each other, so that the sliding or Slider (4) is held in the unlocked position, as long as a calibrated coupling rod (21) is not inserted between the jaws (19), (20).
When the article, such as a baggage car or cart, is returned to its storage room or collection point, a pushing force applied to this article allows insertion of the calibrated coupling bar (21) between the jaws (19), (20) of the tong-like clamp (Fig. 7) (Figure 7e); so that the recesses (36a), (36b) are again adjacent to each other or aligned with each other. Upon continuation of the exercise of the thrust force then engages the nose-like projection or projection (23) of the sliding or sliding piece (5) in the space formed by the recesses (36a), (36b), while the rocker-like tilting member (8) pivots and the release of the coin (4) is effected (Figure 7f). At the same time, the stop (6) forming a backstop resumes its initial position and the lock is then locked again. With reference to this Figure 7f, it can be seen that, if one does not insert a token into the lock, then, with a pulling force applied to the object, the catch or backstop (6) will bear against the shoulder (11). abut and thus prevent the unlocking of the castle.
Referring now to Figures 9 to 12, the device comprises a lock (3) for automatically locking coupling of each article to the neighboring article or a stationary support stand in tightly packed storage position and the insertion of a coin or coin (4) in the lock allows the unlocking of the lock (3) and the release of the article by Daranziehen, the lock for the return or repayment of the money or Value coin (4), upon return of the item to his

Storage room or its collection point and is designed for locked coupling to a neighboring object or to a stationary support stand; wherein the locking is ensured by the exertion of a tensile force on the object and wherein the tensile force in particular in successive manner causes the unlocking of the lock (3) and the unlocking or decoupling of the object.
It should again be noted that the lock (3) has a sliding or sliding piece (5) which is movable by said pulling and by an internal unlockable locking member (6), upon exerting a sufficient tensile force by contact with the edge of Cash or value coin (4) is festhaltbar, wherein the sliding or sliding piece (5) for locking or unlocking of the object with a neighboring object or to a stationary holding stand connecting bar (37) is used.
The lock (30) also has a movable means (8) for retaining the currency or coin (4) in two layers, in which the coin or coin remains trapped in the lock, each in an effective, the lock (3) unlocking position and in an inactive retention position.
In the illustrated embodiment, the locking member consists of a lug or a stop (6), the or about a substantially horizontally and perpendicular to the longitudinal center line (X-X ') of the lock (3) extending pivot pin or bearing pin (9) is arranged pivotally. The backstop forming stop (6) can be reset by a bow-shaped or U-shaped leaf spring (10).
The movable sliding or sliding piece (5) has at its upper edge surface on the free end of the stopper (6) opposite shoulder (11). If no coin is thrown into the lock and upon exerting a tensile force on the object, the free end of the knob (6) comes to a stop against the shoulder (11) and thus prevents the unlocking of the lock.
The said restraining means consists in particular of a rocker-like tilting member (8) which in a the lock (3) passing through slot (13) adjacent recess (12) and provided to the substantially horizontal and perpendicular to the longitudinal center line (X-X ') of Castle pivoting pin or pin (14) is pivotable around, wherein the rocker-like tilting member (8) by a spring (15) is acted upon. The rocker-like tilting member (8) can be two layers or Occupy positions, depending on whether a sufficient pulling force is exerted on the object or not. The upper edge (16) of the rocker-like tilting member (8) retains the money or value coin (4) in an effective position in the slot (13) which unlocks the lock (3), up to a certain value of the applied pulling force. If this predetermined value is exceeded, pivots the rocker-like tilting member (8) by its lower edge (17) on a shoulder (18) of the housing of the lock (3) is supported and in the slot (13) by its own weight Shut down cash or value coin (4) assumes an inactive reserve position. If the item to his storage room or returned to his collection point and coupled to a neighboring object or a stationary support stand is coupled, pivots the rocker-like tilting member (8) in the opposite direction to release the money or value coin from the slot (13), the latter can thus be recovered.
In this second embodiment of the invention, the latch (37) which connects the object to a neighboring object or to a stationary support stand consists of a first receiving means (19), (20) and a second insertion means (38) which are respectively connected to the longitudinal end parts (39). , (40) of the housing of the lock (3) are firmly connected. The first fixed to the longitudinal end (39) of the lock (3) means, ie As in the illustrated example, the end to the right of FIG. 9 consists in particular of a pliers-like clamp formed by two unbalanced jaws (19), (20) acted upon by a spring (30), which is designed such that only one connecting rod or one coupling pin or pin (38) for a neighboring article, which constitutes the second means and whose diameter is accurately calibrated, is insertable therebetween. In the illustrated example, the coupling rod (38) with the free end (41) of the sliding or sliding piece (5) adjacent the end portion (40) of the lock housing (3) (left on Figure 9) firmly connected, wherein in the Locked position of this is sufficiently removed to allow the insertion of this rod between the jaws of the lock of a neighboring object.
In the locked position, the illustrated in Figure (10) in dotted lines free end (41) of the sliding or sliding piece (5) causes the locked coupling of the car to another car. The distance between the coupling rod (38) and the free end (41) of the sliding piece (5) is in fact insufficient to prevent the rod (38) from being inserted between the jaws (19), (20) of another To allow the car. So when a car leaves or is left, it is thanks to this lock training no longer possible to use his locking pin or pin for locking his car. In other words, to lock a car, one must necessarily couple it to an already locked car.
The movable sliding piece (5) also includes a nose-like protruding projection (23) blocking the jaws (19), (20) of the tong-like clamp in the locked position. The jaws (19), (20) have namely at their innermost part within the lock, recesses (36 a), (36 b), which are designed such that they face each other in the locked position of the lock next to each other or aligned with each other to form a space in which engages the end of the nose-like projection (23) in the locked position or housed so as to lock the lock in this position.
-5Nr. 390 849
The lock (3) can be attached to a carriage by any suitable attachment pieces (42) via suitable attachment means (43) such as screws, bolts or the like.
Also, an elongated recess (44) for the calibrated pin (38) for compensating for height differences between the carriages and an opening (45) sized to permit lateral play between the carriages may be formed in the end portion (40) of the carriage Castle (3) are provided.
The operation of the lock has been described in detail with reference to the first embodiment.
The self-lender with a deposit return forming Garnement or Entpfändungsvorrichtung invention can also be used for storage or storage of common tools in workshops. In this case, the lock is used for locking or unlocking a box containing the tool. Every worker has his own z. B. a number-bearing coin. When the worker desires to use the tool, he inserts the coin into the lock, unlocking the box containing the tool. Since the lock is provided with a transparent inspection window or window, it can therefore be seen, on the one hand, if there is no coin in the lock, if the item is available or, on the other hand, if a coin is visible in the lock, in the hands from which worker the tool is located
