Process for aseptic packaging of sterile liquids in flexible containers

Procedure for aseptic packaging a sterile liquid (10) in packaging, the packaging being made from a flexible material strip (1), folded and flattened to form a sequence of chambers or compartments (P, C) which ultimately form packaging, comprising the steps of: pressurizing a prechamber (P), which is arranged upstream with respect to a chamber (C) to be filled the sterile liquid (10), with an inert sterile fluid (12) by injection the sterilized inert fluid (12) through an auxiliary duct (3), which it reaches only the prechamber (P), for activating a sterile barrier allowing complete asepsis of the packaging process; compressing the flexible material (1) between the prechamber (P) and the chamber (C) by a pressing device (4) to form a seal against an outer surface of a tube (2) for feeding the sterile liquid (10 ) to the chamber (C); introducing the sterile liquid (10) in the chamber (C) through the tube (2); and transversely seal a bottom of the chamber (C) by means of a transverse sealing device (6).
