Abstract
The present invention relates to how to have been unified for solving and preventing the problem about a noxious organism at any places in an institution or a zone, and a system in a building and a process. The above-mentioned system includes perfect digitization and automation of not only a general report etc. But all the functions required in order to inspect a noxious organism like surveillance, registration, an alarm, regulation, and a remedial action.
