Centrifuge for processing blood and blood components in a bag (4, 22) connected by a tube processing (32) to at least one bag (21, 33) secondary; comprising - a rotor (1) to rotate the bag (4, 22) and separate processing a content thereof in at least two components; - Means (5) to expose the bag (4, 22) processing to an external pressure and cause a transfer of a separate component of the bag (4, 22) processing to the bag (21, 33) secondary, being characterized the centrifuge comprising: - at least one means (9, 10, 11, 52) driven electrically mounted on the rotor (1) for interrupting a transfer of fluid from the bag (4, 22) processing the bag (21 33) secondary; - Means (14, 15) for supplying electrical power to the means (9, 10, 11, 52) electrically powered through the rotor (1); and - a control means to enable effective control program different functions in the rotor (1) including at least a function to hold the tube and a tube welding function.
