Priority-handling for data transmissions

The present invention relates to the method of transmitting data to the radio access network of a mobile communication system from the moving terminal possessing a media-access-control entity, and a moving terminal. In order to extend the data transmission according to scheduling mode, the present invention, or [carrying out scheduling of the send data] -- or each priority is offered according to the scheduling mode used with the moving terminal which multiplexes the send data in which different radio bearers differ on a transport channel. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the method of making possible scheduling of the data transmission according to scheduling mode, and a moving terminal by predicting and setting up the flag of each logical channel according to the scheduling mode of the associated radio bearer.
