Method for iterative decoder scheduling

How to carry out scheduling of the decoding processing of the coding data block transmitted through the link of a communications network. According to this method, when all the decoders of the cluster (72) of a repeatedly parallel-decoder cannot be used, a coding data block is stored in queuing (71). When the arbitrary decoders of a cluster (72) can be used, the 1st coding block of queuing (71) moves to the decoder. Moreover, according to this method, it is possible to combine the stored coding block and the retransmission-of-message coding block decrypted so that a possibility that decryption will be successful might become high. Moreover, the present invention relates to the communication apparatus which performs the method by the present invention.
