Air cycle air conditioning with adaptive ram heat exchanger

A team (10) Air conditioning for an aircraft comprising: exchangers (24, 26) of primary and secondary heat; a third exchanger (28) connected fluidly heat said exchangers (24, 26) of primary and secondary heat; and a system (20) valves connecting fluently, selectively, said third exchanger (28) heat with at least one of said exchangers (24, 26) of primary and secondary heat in response to an order from a controller (23) fluidly connecting said system (20) valve said exchangers (28, 24) of the third and primary to provide a first cooling capacity heat, and fluidly connecting said system (20) valve said exchangers (28 , 26) and the third side to provide a second cooling capacity different than said first cooling capacity heat.
