Self-cleaning paint coating and a method and agent for producing the same

This invention was involved in "Lotus Leaf effect " self-cleaning coatings as well as composition and method of preparing the self-cleaning films. The invention includes primer layer and surface layer of paint films, surface covered with an average particle size less than 100nm formation structure of particles, referred to at least partly hydrophobic surface, and whose spacing bumps on larger than 50nm. Composition containing liquid media, mentioned at least one dissolved in water repellent agent and particles suspended in the form described structure. Method described consists of the following steps: paint-coated substrate, from liquid to paste composition for coating on the partially cured or uncured primer coating, surface curing referred, if necessary, referred to in the base coat cured.
