Bioresorbable antiadhesion of carboxypolysaccharide polyether intermacromolecular complexes and methods for their use in reducing surgical adhesions
Abstract
The present invention is carboxyl-living body, made of polymeric composites containing between polysaccharide and polyether adhesive, bioabsorbable, improved methods for the manufacture and use of the composition for preventing adhesions, the present invention relates to the resulting composition. To combine the polymer with each other and then be dried or used as a fluid. Possible bioavailability and biological adhesion adult, adhesion prevention composition is useful in surgical operations for preventing post-operative adhesion formation. Dry film at the time of surgery, or is inserted after conditioning in an aqueous solution. The film wherein the adhesive, biological adhesive, bioabsorbable, anti-thrombosis properties and physical properties of the polymer casting solution, a polysaccharide composition, a polyether carefully adjusting the pH of the composition, or necessary, by conditioning membranes prior to use in surgical applications It can be changed appropriately in accordance with the. The physical properties and biological properties of adhesion prevention by creating a double-decker or multi-layered film can be controlled more severely years. Anti-adhesion compositions can also deliver medication to the surgical site may be used to release the drug locally.
