Method and system for notifying a caller that a cellular phone destination is available

Method for automatically notifying a caller that an initially unreachable destination has become reachable, being available for call completion and not busy, comprising the steps of: a) receiving in a communication network a notification request from the caller regarding destination unreachable; b) determining (58) if the destination is busy; c) determining (60) if the destination is available for a call completion using a procedure that is terminated or suspended before sending a signal call to the destination, which would result in a notification destination that a call is coming; d) repeating steps (58, 60) determination until the destination is available for completion of the call and the destination is not busy; and, e) if the caller is available, notifying (64) the caller that the destination is accessible.
