Data manufacture and the digital-watermarking insertion method. In the desirable form of the method of the present invention, this method contains further the step which inserts the 1st digital watermarking by operating the group of a data characteristic at the 2nd hour after the 1st hour. In other desirable forms of the method of the present invention, this method contains further the step which inserts the 2nd digital watermarking in the 3rd hour of the meantime or after that before the 1st hour by operating at least one group of a data characteristic. As a variation of the present invention, the method of inserting digital watermarking in compressed data is offered. Compressed data has a group of a data characteristic. This method contains the step which inserts digital watermarking, and the step which optimizes the data processed by correcting the compressed data characteristic to the group of restrictions by operating the group of a data characteristic.
