Abstract
The present invention relates to the windowpane panel which suits and is divided into two or more zones so that it can heat electrically, which contains a transparent conductive covering layer substantially and which can be heated electrically. The windowpane panel by the present invention is a side face window which becomes cloudy and can be preferably used for prevention or the freezing prevention purpose.
