Apparatus for manufacturing products and method for controlling such an apparatus

The invention relates to a device for producing products and a method for controlling such an apparatus with a programmable logic controller - PLC -, an axis control for controlling axes, and a visualization system for displaying processes and / or process parameters. In conventional devices of the PLC, motion control and visualization in physically separate devices are installed. The combination of these components requires a large amount of work, both during construction and during operation of the devices. The data exchange between the components requires an "overhead", in order to ensure communication between the components. This is disadvantageous. The invention therefore intends to improve such preparation devices and control method by the PLC, motion control and visualization run on a common physical device.
