Laminates and coated materials comprising hydroxy-phenoxyether polymers

Procedure for a paper sheet or three-dimensional object, comprising: providing a pulp slurry or paper web, providing a solution or dispersion comprising a polymer of hydroxy-phenoxyether, intermixing said solution or dispersion with said pulp slurry or band paper to form an additive, and forming a paper sheet or three-dimensional object of said additive, wherein the pH of the solution, dispersion or admixture is adjusted to precipitate at least a portion of said polymer of hydroxy-phenoxyether and said hydroxy-phenoxyether polymer is used in an amount which is effective to provide said paper sheet or three-dimensional object of an increase in sizing or strength.
