Hybridization buffers using low molecular weight dextran sulfate and methods for their use
Abstract
The present invention proves more that dextran sulfuric acid of low molecular weight is an effective capacity exclusion agent of a hybridization reaction. The hybridization buffer solution of the present invention uses smaller polymer of dextran sulfuric acid, and is a thing of low viscosity [buffer solution / which follows and uses dextran sulfuric acid polymer of the amount of macromolecules as a capacity exclusion agent / customary hybridization]. Low viscosity makes them more useful in an automation hybridization process [as / in 分注, an automation flow, and the mixture on slide glass] than that of these low-molecular-weight dextran sulfuric acid polymer buffer solution.
