Method for diagnosing efficacy of xenotypic antibody therapy
Abstract
Method for determining whether to continue providing mediated immunotherapy xenotípicos antibodies to a patient having a disease associated with a target antigen to which the xenotípico antibody binds comprising measuring in vitro the level of a response of T cells produced to said antigen target by said patient before and after administration of xenotípico antibody to the patient, wherein an increase of at least 1, 5 times a response produced against such antigen after administration of xenotípico antibody T cells to the patient with respect level to the level of response produced by the patient prior to administration of the antibody xenotípico identifies said patient as a target for immunotherapy continue such xenotípicos mediated T cell antibodies.
