Abstract
Method for controlling a contact drying under vacuum in a fitted horizontally device a cylinder (1) heated, equipped with a stirrer (2) rotating close to the wall and a chopper (4) arranged on the agitator (2) and an injection conduit (6) likewise arranged on the agitator (2) for feeding liquid, gaseous or vaporous media, characterized in that the evolution of the product temperature and the vacuum are continuously measured and adjusted on the basis of measured values.
