Hollow profile comprising an improved polyolefin wood fiber composite
Abstract
(57) Improved compound structure component which was created from the compound material containing summary polypropylene polymer and a tree fiber and containing a compound variant structure component. This material is useful for the conventional construction use. The compound variant material of the form of an extrusion thermoplasticity compound component can be used with the object for habitation, and the structure for commerce as it indicated. As for this structure component, it is desirable to use for opening composition components for lighting, such as a window and a door. Such a linear component is designed by the cross-sectional form set up especially in order to form the structural element of the opening unit for lighting. Although a structural element can be easily installed in a rough opening, In order to enable manufacture of the structurally strong window unit which can often maintain the attractive appearance and structural completeness over the life of the window unit for 20 years or more, you have to have sufficient intensity, heat stability, and weatherability. This structure component contains the hollow compound section equipped with at least one structure web or one ligature implement web formed in component parts. It has a visible キャプ stock layer on the outside of extrusion component parts, and it is formed and adjusted so that it may install in a rough opening. The outside also contains again the form and component parts which can support the element of opening units for lighting, such as a window, a sash, or a movable door unit. The improved polypropylene structure component has an original advantage, and can assemble it like a thermoplastic welder.
