Apparatus for crossing vascular occlusions

Abstract

(57) The method and equipment which cross the wire which can change for summaries, for example, the blood vessel considerably blockaded by letting a guide wire pass into the bottom space of lining membrane comparatively formed between the lining membrane layer of a blood vessel wall, and the outer membrane layer exceeding the blockade part from the part by the side of a hand. A wire is advanced to the part located in the distant place side of a blockade part, and after making it deviate by using a deviation catheter typically after an appropriate time, returning into 管腔 of a blood vessel and arranging a guide wire in the bottom space of lining membrane in this case, a deviation catheter is advanced along with a guide wire. A deviation catheter is good to have the flapper valve assembly object or preforming actuator wire for changing direction of a guide wire. After returning a guide wire into blood vessel pipe 腔, it is good to draw in a deviation catheter and a guide wire is applicable to other interventions for performing disposal like stent placement, for example, and introduction of a diagnostic catheter.
