The code 208 to which the tension currently formed in the closing loop was applied is fixed to the adjoining bone structure 201, 203, and the flexible patch 236 is fixed to the code to which tension was applied so that the joint tension determined beforehand may be applied between the adjoining bone structures 201, 203. In order to contribute fixed equipment to the big stick which is applied by the surrounding bone structure in the case of the former without using or using it, the code 203 and the patch 236 to which tension was applied can be used. Moreover, the patch 236 can be used also as a delivery medium of a substance like the bone graft 241.
