Holding Device for Fixing a Car Body Element to the Structure of a Motor Vehicle

Set (6, 10, 30) for fixing a body element (2), such as a fin, to the structure (3) of a motor vehicle, comprising: - a staple fastening (6) provided with a plate (10) formed by a plate (11) delimited by a support surface (12) adapted to cooperate with the bodywork element (2) and a fixing member 30 by quarter turn in an opening (3a) formed in the structure (3) for maintaining the subassembly formed by the plate (10) and the bodywork element (2), characterized in that said plate (10) is provided with an opening (17) intended to be mounted parallel to longitudinal axis of the vehicle and on the one hand, means (14, 15) for fixing by clipping to the body element (2) and on the other hand, frangible means (16) release the body element (2) of the structure (3) for a given vehicle and transverse tension applied on decarrocería element (2) and by the fact that -dicha opening (3a) of the structure (3) is located in correspondence with said opening (17) of the plate (10), said bodywork element (2) movable in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle.
