Exit window for electron beam emitter

The radiation window for electron beam radiators is equipped with radiation 窓箔 which has the inner surface and the outside surface, and an electron serves as an electron beam and it penetrates this window. In order to raise corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity, the corrosion resistant layer which has high-fever conductivity is formed on the surface outside radiation 窓箔.
