Power controlling device for a transmitter

The invention relates to a device radio frequency signal transmitting (S1) with a power amplifier. Thereof is connected to a the power control loop to regulate the gain so as to raise the output power to a desired rating. The control loop acts on the bias voltage depending on the output of the amplifier. According to the invention, the device comprises also adjustment means such as a RC circuit integrator to provide additional voltage to the control loop so that the signal input of the loop is more reactive and less dependent active components of the amplifier power. The invention has particular interest in the field of mobile communications.
