Harvesting device comprising flexible links for a machine for harvesting fruits, berries and the like

A harvesting device for a machine for harvesting fruits, berries and the like produced by fruit trees and bushes planted in rows, of the type comprising: a) a conveyor frame (9) gantry having a vertical midplane of symmetry; b) two shaker units (5) they are mounted face to face in the frame on respective opposite sides of the vertical median plane of symmetry to shake the trees or shrubs fruit passing between the two shaker units to separate them fruits, berries and like, each shaker unit comprising: i) drive means; ii) a plurality of stirring elements (22) spaced vertically, each agitator element a rod (22) of flexible material extending substantially horizontally and has a curved shape, each rod having a first end (22a) which is connected comprising the drive means (19, 21, 24), an intermediate portion (22c) which is adapted to engranarlos fruit trees or bushes to shake them, and a second end (22b) connected to the frame (9) by a connector (23 ) extending substantially horizontally and perpendicularly to said vertical median plane of symmetry so that, during operation, said second end (22b) of the rod (22) is maintained at a substantially constant vertical distance from said plane intermediate symmetry; characterized in that said connector (23) is fixed to the frame (9) by a rigid connection (41) and is flexible in a substantially horizontal plane, at least in an intermediate region between its two ends, so that, in operation, end (23a) of the connector (23) adjoining the rod (22) has a substantially horizontal reciprocating motion in a direction substantially parallel to said vertical median plane of symmetry.
