Thermally actuated microvalve assembly

(57) The micro valve gear 10 which controls the fluid flow in a summary fluid circuit is offered. The micro valve gear 10 equips an inside with the main part 12 which demarcated the cave 42. The main part 12 has the 1st pilot mouth 20 and the 2nd pilot mouth 22 which were made to 連通 in the cave 42 further. The main part 12 has the 1st primary mouth 28 and the 2nd primary mouth 30 which were made to 連通 in the cave 42. Each mouth is connected to the appointed source of fluid. The pilot valve 36 supported on the main part 12 is arranged so that the 1st and 2nd pilot mouths 20 and 22 may be opened and closed and it may be movable in the cave 42. The actuator 38 is combined with this pilot valve 36 in operation so that the pilot valve 36 may be moved. A micro valve is positioned by the fluid controlled by the pilot valve 36. This micro valve is the slide valve 40 with the 1st end 40a and the 2nd end 40b. The slide valve 40 is arranged so that it may move between the 1st position and the 2nd position and may be movable in the cave 42. The 1st end 40a of the slide valve 40 is 連通 (ed) to the 1st pilot mouth 20 and the 2nd pilot mouth 22, if the 1st pilot mouth 20 and the 2nd pilot mouth 22 are opened. The 2nd end 40b of the slide valve 40 is continuously 連通 (ed) to the 1st primary mouth 28. If it moves between the 1st and 2nd positions, the 2nd primary mouth 30 will be partially opened the slide valve 40 at least and closed so that the fluid flow between the each first mouths 28 and 30 may be restricted variably.
