Abstract

Device (100) for measuring transfer of components across a tissue, comprising: a lower member comprising a support plate (114); an array of samples (112) supported by the support plate; a tissue specimen (120) overlying the array of samples; and an upper member comprising a plate deposits (130) attached to one side of the specimen opposite the tissue sample matrix, the plate having an array of deposits of deposits (132); wherein the device is arranged so that the array of reservoirs can be filled with a reservoir medium when the plate is fixed to deposit tissue specimen and the tissue specimen overlies the sample matrix.
