[Subject] It is related with an improvement of the stability of the bottom electrode in the electro luminescent display which has a thick film dielectric. [Solution means] The present invention is a protection electrode which has an electrode of a conductive metal film. The layer of the charge of a protective layer is prepared in the upper surface and/or the undersurface of an electrode layer. The charge of a protective layer reduces a possibility of an electrode becoming discontinuous or losing the conductivity.
