Pharmaceutical preparations based on active ingredients susceptible to illict administration

Claims 1. A pharmaceutical formulation for oral administration in the form of a soft capsule comprising a water soluble active ingredient or liposoluble susceptible to illicit administration and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable organoleptic marker independently selected from one or more substances belonging to the group consisting of a flavoring agent hydrophilic flavoring agent hydrophobic, a hydrophilic coloring agent, a hydrophilic coloring agent, a hydrophobic coloring agent and an odorant, wherein said pharmaceutical formulation containing a suspension or oily solution comprising the active principle dissolved or suspended in the oil, least one first water soluble organoleptic marker suspended in the oil, at least a second liposoluble organoleptic marker dissolved in the oil.
