According to the disclosure of that described herein, the demand of the mobile device-based system and method for providing provisioning is disclosed. The provisioning server may be receiving a provisioning update request from the mobile communications device and a mobile communication device used to transmit a service update data message in response to the provisioning update request. A service update data message may include a service information for the mobile device received by the provisioning server from at least one of the plurality of service providers.
