Adhesive articles with improved air egress and methods of making the same

adhesive article comprising: a facestock having a front surface and a rear surface; a continuous layer of adhesive having an upper surface and a lower surface and end edges, wherein the upper surface of the adhesive is adhered to the back surface of the facestock; and a drawing of forms of nonadhesive material inserted into the upper surface of the adhesive layer, each of these forms of material nonadhesive surface of top, wherein the surfaces of upper forms of non-adhesive material are the same level as or below the plane of the upper surface of the adhesive layer, and a release liner having a release surface, said release surface is adhered to the lower surface of the adhesive layer, wherein nonstick surface release liner has a textured surface, particularly a random texture or finish drawing, and wherein the lower surface of the adhesive layer has a textured surface corresponding to the textured surface of the release liner.
