Flexible mold for confectionery and bakery, comprising a tray (2) silicon and an element (5, 10) of support and rigidity including said tray (2) silicone, on its top, one edge (3, 12) outward shoulder that allows easy grip of the mold, characterized in that the element (5, 10) of support and rigidity is disposed near the peripheral edge region (3, 12), thus allowing the mold to keep its shape without bending to the effort due to the weight of the content and retains its flexibility to easily remove the product from the mold.
