inflatable liner for a cargo container comprising: a layer (52) of inner material and a layer (54) of outer material joined to one another in a manner defining a sleeve-shaped sheet having a reflective surface to radiant thermal energy formed on each of said layers of inner and outer material being coupled said inner material layer and said layer of attached outer material so as to form a plurality of inflatable chambers interconnected, a valve (38) in fluid communication being with said plurality of interconnected inflatable chambers defining said plurality of inflatable chambers interconnected to inflate said sheath in sheet form, a front wall (22), a pair of walls (24a, 24b) side, a wall (26) back, a floor (28) and a cover (32), characterized in that said coating comprises a plurality of pleats (141, 143) inflatable comprising a pair of folds formed adjacent the floor providing sealing protection against liquid leakage.
