The service node containing one or more groups which have one or more nodes which suited so that the message in a network might be answered and a service function might be offered. At least one group including the user interface process combined with the interface in order to include the user of the member node which has an interface which communicates with a remote terminal, and the remote terminal in a network. At least one group including the member node which has an interface to a communication network, and the process combined with the interface which controls establishment of the communications channel for a user.
