Radio frequency microwave energy application apparatus to break oil and water emulsions

An apparatus for breaking feedstocks in oil emulsion and water of an assembly composed of radio frequency energy applicator having: a. double windows transparent to radio frequencies located in opposed parallel two flat parallel opposite faces of a radio frequency energy waveguide; b. said waveguide having deflector means to deflect said radio frequency energy through said radio frequency transparent windows; c. double processing chambers emulsion feedstock surrounding said radio frequency energy applicator capturing said radio frequency energy within said emulsion feedstock; d. having such dual processing chambers feedstock emulsion at least one inlet of feedstock and at least one outlet of the feed material; and e. forming said double processing chambers feedstock emulsion, in combination with said radio frequency energy applicator a multimode microwave cavity resonant reentrant; said feeding optimally retained therefore, within said processing chambers feed material to effect maximum emulsion breakage.
