A method to measure the activation state of signaling pathways in cells

Abstract

The activity of a part of single raw cell, cell, or two or more sort protein in a cell group is simultaneously measured by introducing a reporter molecule. One sort or two or more sorts of reporters are chemically embellished with target enzyme. An action is received when one sort or two or more sorts of enzyme adds a stimulus or a medicine compound to the above-mentioned cell depending on the case. It is made to end and whether the reaction of two or more sorts of enzyme and two or more sorts of reporters being reduced, and a reporter and the reporter embellished next are taken out. The activity of one sort or two or more above-mentioned sorts of enzyme is called for measuring the surviving reporter's quantity, and a denaturation reporter's generated quantity, or by measuring a reporter's quantity with a denaturation reporter's quantity. The database of the activity of different protein is edited. The database of the mechanism of the molecule cell in health condition and an illness state is made by conducting a series of experiments with conditions and various kinds of cellular types the time of differing. The data for developing and screening medicine is offered by exposing a cell to various kinds of compounds.
