Anatomical fixation implant

A substantially bioabsorbable implant (4) for fixing the fabric (6) comprising: an elongated shaft (4a) having a longitudinal axis, an outer surface and the first end having said first end the first and the second side, said first end comprising a mating surface (4f) projecting from said outer surface of said elongated shaft (4a), said surface corresponding (4f) being oriented at an angle less than 90 degrees with respect to said longitudinal axis of said stem (4a), wherein said implant is an implant for tissue fixation (6) to bone (5) and has a stem cannulated (4a) and said surface corresponding (4f) having a width in the direction transverse to the longitudinal axis of said rod (4a) which is greater than the width of said shaft (4a), characterized in that said surface corresponding (4f) projects only from said first side of said first end of said rod elongated (4a) such that the second side of said first side of said elongate shaft has a smooth surface (4d) without projections.
